Points positifs : It is very cosy appartement. Small, warm, silent and has very good placement in the center of Paris. It suits for couple or couple with small child. Facilities are good and meet my expectations for this kind appartement. Stuff is very helping also.

Points positifs : All was perfect starting from location, apart itself and client oriented communication of the staff during check-in and online.
Points négatifs : Minus 2 points because I hurt my leg badly on the not very safe stairs leading to bed especially during the night time. Unfortunately in the apart there was nothing for the first aid. That’s very important. And as there were small stains of my blood they charged me 60€. But in case of professional cleaning or just using simple stain remover from the supermarket you can remove it. I do also recommend to have it.

Parisian Perfection!
Points positifs : This property is fantastic! The location is unbelievable, just an easy walk from the Louvre and the Tuilleries. The apartment is absolutely charming and so comfortable! We thought our son would be sleeping on the couch, and it turned out to have a pull-out bed, which was even better. The agent was lovely, met us right on time, and explained everything clearly and easily. We had the use of the combined washer/dryer, which was so helpful. Everything was in perfect working order, and there's a fully supplied kitchen. The neighborhood is beautiful, with many cafes and lots of shopping. It was so close to the Metro that it was simple to get anywhere. We would book again in a heartbeat! We loved our stay!
Points négatifs : The stairs from the bedroom level were slightly narrower than expected; be careful heading down to the bathroom at night. We had a little bit of trouble with the key on the last day; it may have been the humidity, but we were concerned that we might not be able to get inside and had to keep at it to make it work. The only other thing that I can think of is that it was a little tight for space when the sofabed was pulled out, but that was a very minor inconvenience. It's really the perfect size for a couple, but we were fine with 3.

Points positifs : Sehr ruhiges, sehr gut und zentral gelegenes Apartment in einem Hinterhof der Rue de Saint Honoré. Man bekommt nichts mit von der Stadt. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Metro auch sehr nah. Das Apartment ist sehr charmant, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das macht es ja charmant. Es war sauber und hat alles was man benötigt. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar ein versteckter Gefrierschrank war vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe war schnell, flexibel und sogar nach zeitlichen Wünschen machbar. Also, perfekt für ein einen Paris Aufenthalt und das mitten im schicken Zentrum der Stadt.
Points négatifs : Der Zugang zum Apartment war etwas vernachlässigt. Die Preise für eventuell zerbrochenes Geschirr oder Glas waren sehr übertrieben.

Very good choice for our stay, we were pleased with the apartment
Points positifs : Very conveniently located for tourists but still on a nice street. Quiet and felt very secure. Meet with us to show us in and always available when we had questions. Small but perfect apartment for us.
Points négatifs : I’m not sure if their experience with tenants was bad but the charge sheet for every kitchen utensil and bed item seemed aggressive and high. The value of the items wasn’t that high and I wouldn’t think anyone would steal them. Haven’t seen that in other apartments.
