Points positifs : Personnel très serviable et à l'écoute, prends en compte les demandes très efficacement. Studio confortable, cuisine bien équipée, donnant sur cours. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour professionnel de deux semaines dans les meilleures conditions possibles.

Points positifs : Studio en fond. De cour très calme ce qui est vraiment appréciable Des hors très gentils et dipos’ible Bref tout était parfait à part peut être la baignoire très petite mais c est paris! Très satisfait de mon séjour

Points positifs : This is a small studio apartment. But there will be enough space both in the apartment and on the bed for 2 people. The apartment is located in the courtyard, which makes the stay very quiet. Everything you need is nearby (within walking distance): shops (including Lidl), pizzerias, many cafes and small local bars, metro line and buses. The apartment is fully furnished and has all the necessary appliances for both short and long-term stays. Very friendly hosts. The process of settling in and staying went without any problems. When booking, pay attention to the need to pay a deposit in case of damage to furniture or appliances. I was satisfied with the accommodation.

Points positifs : Both Xavier and Coco were really kind with me, and even if my trip hasn't begin with the best day of my life, I really enjoyed my staying at the appartment; very clean and it has all you need. The sofa bed was also so confortable. In few words, in my opinion 10 out of 10!!
