Points négatifs : Only we problem we had and it was a minor one and it was hot in there and we couldn't find thermostat. No other issue.

Ideal Paris apartment for adults or with older teen children

Points positifs : Cute apartment with everything you need. Great location within easy walking distance to multiple train stations. Lots of cafes, bakeries and grocery stores close by.

Points négatifs : Perfect for 4 people but a bit tight with any more than that.

Points positifs : Great location, close to Gare du Nord plus restaurants/bars. Code for entry made it super easy on arrival. Very clean.

Points négatifs : Thin walls but hey, that’s the price for staying in an urban location.

Points positifs : The location is really good and nearby if you are coming to Paris by train. Overall this is a good property to stay with family. The staff was co-operative.

Points négatifs : In the kitchen property owner should keep salt, sugar and basic beverages ingredients

Points positifs : The property has variaty of well working appliences in the kitchen (coffe maker, toaster, electric stove, fridge), nice selection of kitchenware and plates. Bathroom has well working washing machine, fairly large shower with good water pressure. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage room for personal items. WiFi worked well and was reliable. Location is conveniently located close to good boulangeries, small food stores and several restaurants. Metro station and two major train stations (Gare du Nord and Gare du Est) are in a close distance.

Points négatifs : There wasn't too much to dislike but you should be aware that you have to evaluate this location by european standards - bedrooms are usually very small in Europe or at least smaller than in the US. The pictures of the apartment posted on the Booking are combining images from 2 different apartments - smaller one and larger one. It would be fair to post these as two different units and avoid initial disapointment. Overall our stay was fine and I don't have any major dislikes.

Points positifs : Convenient to Gare du Nord and Metro. Great neighbourhood for bars and restos. All round, a good stay!

Points positifs : It is quite comfortable, spacious, quiet and well located. It has all the amenities needed for your family and close to the Gare l’Est and metro.

Points négatifs : Outside street was on maintenance, so it was cumbersome to get in and out to the apartment.

Points positifs : Separate bedroom where good. Good walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants and metro lines.

Points négatifs : None of the doors closed and the noises of the apartment above walking around until 2am each morning was very loud.

Points positifs : The code on both entrance and apartment door was excellent , no scrabbling around looking for hidden key safe

Points négatifs : sound insulation was quite poor in 2nd bedroom , could hear neighbours very clearly but not loud music just chatting
