Points positifs : perfect location. right by Metro (M10). We were 2 adults and 2 kids, it was a little small, but enough for us. Everything is new and spotless. The beds are comfy, even the sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped and we were able to cook dinner and breakfast when we didn't want to eat out. The heating and shower worked well. We were in Dec. not sure how it would be in summer

Points négatifs : It is a little small. almost no closet space, so we kept all our things in the suitcase. The view from the porch is of a construction zone, and there was noise from construction in the morning. Still gave it 10 because I couldn't find anything as good at this price.

Points positifs : L' appartamento è accogliente e luminoso, arredato con ottimo gusto e soprattutto perfettamente pulito. Ho gradito il biglietto di benvenuto scritto a mano e il souvenir. Consiglio di soggiornare qui, io ci ritornerò.
