Cocukla seyahat icin ideal

Points positifs : Yeri cok merkezi. Eyfel kulesine yuruyerek 3 dakika mesafede. Sokagin hemen karsisinda market var ve tum sokak restoran ve kafelerle dolu. Evin imkanlari yeterli, camasir makinesi, utu gibi imkanlar mevcut. Odalar yeterli buyuklukte, otel odasinda olmaktan kat ve kat daha iyi.

Points négatifs : Yataklar vb. temiz, ancak daha detayli bir temizlige ihtiyac olabilir.

Great spot once you get settled

Points positifs : This a charming apartment located in a lovely neighborhood in the 7th. The rooms aren't quite as large as the pictures imply, but it is still an extremely comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a nice living room, dining room, and a small but renovated kitchen. Wooden floors, antique furniture, and personal items from the owner (pictures, books, etc.) add to the charm of the place. It's like your aunt/uncle left you their lovely Paris apartment for you to enjoy. Note that the second bedroom is a separate room, but it is a sofa bed in what would be your uncle's office.

Points négatifs : So the property itself is lovely, but our experience with the property management firm, Parisian Home, was unfortunately not nearly so charming. Our experience was perhaps uniquely unpleasant, but just sticking with the issues that could affect someone else's stay, you should be aware of three things. First, there is a city tax that is apparently included in the quoted price, but it is collected separately from your Booking.com payment, so you will need to fill out an online form and transfer the money to the property firm before they will let you in the apartment. Second, the apartment is on the 4th (really 5th) floor, and when we were there, the elevator was not working, so it was quite a hike up with heavy bags. The property manager claimed that the elevator was not their responsibility, and while there was a vague promise to “see about it”, it doesn’t seem like it’s been functioning for quite some time. Finally, the communication between the management firm and the owner was apparently a bit lacking, since they didn’t have the key when we arrived and they had to sort out the WiFi the next day.
