Points positifs : Nice location. Easy access to the apartment. There are great coffee shops and restaurants near the apartment. Everything was exactly as the pictures, it was clean and tidy.

Cozy apartment with easy access to Paris metro and good location.

Points positifs : Spacious apartment with easy enough access to public transport and good location. Holds well for a group of 4 people, but 6 might be a stretch since it only has one bathroom.

Points négatifs : No real complaints. The staff is really responsive via Booking.com messaging app and everything was in order and proper when we arrived.

Points positifs : very nice and big apartment with old chimneys. Nice location, 15 min walk to Montmartre and 8 min to Opera Garnier. Bakery and shops in 2 min. Kitchen well equipped. wifi ok, but there is no phone signal

Points négatifs : Apartment is quite noisy (you can hear every metro going under the building). the flat is not in 100 % condition (shower door is not possible to close, some parts in the kitchen broken, floor damaged).

Points positifs : It was all very clear from the beginning in terms of how you get to the key and then the building. The place was clean and really confortable for a family. Very friendly staff.

Points négatifs : It would be great to know in advance about paying a deposit of 500 euros. Check out time is a bit too early at 10 am and they not allowing you to leave your suitcase.

Lovely apartment in Paris

Points positifs : Really gorgeous apartment in a great location for exploring Paris. We found it to be spacious, comfortable and clean and very well-equipped. It is walking distance to Opera and Montmartre, as well as several metro stations and Gare Saint-Lazare. Communication from the host was great with really clear check in instructions. Would recommend !

Points positifs : Location - not far from the center. There are many cafes nearby. The windows overlooked the courtyard, so we slept well at night.

Points négatifs : The plaster on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms had fallen off. There were builders working in the apartment above and they kept me awake on Sunday morning.

Points positifs : Cozy, comfortable & well-equipped appartment in a great location. Lovely area, full of restaurants, cafes etc., but the building was very quiet. A lot of attractions are within walking distance and you can take the bus from near-by stations for the rest. Also, the host was very responsive, which we really appreciated.

Travelling as a family of 5, we found the apartment spacious, clean, and incredibly well located. The living room area was nicely kept, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we didn't feel like eating out. The location was unbeatable, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance. It was also convenient to have public transport nearby, making day trips around the area a breeze. One of the standout features was the comfort - the beds were super cosy, and we appreciated the heating after a cold day exploring. Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back!
