Points positifs : Appartement qui était spacieux. Bien équipé. Literies confortables Nous avons apprécié d'avoir les essentiels ( papier toilettes, café et thé, produit vaisselle et éponge, torchon...) sur place. C'était notre première expérience en appartement, habituellement nous préférons l'hôtel. Nous sommes satisfaits de cette expérience
Points négatifs : Nous avons perdu une demi-heure à trouver la bonne porte. Sur un mail reçu était indiqué appartement D or sur la porte de l'appartement était indiqué appartement numéro 12. Ce qui nous a induit en erreur. Nous sommes arrivés tard. Fatigués. Nous étions en grande difficulté à notre arrivée à la résidence.

Excellent séjour. Pas de mauvaise surprise.
Points positifs : La situation dans Paris. Facilité d'accès à tout les lieux intéressants. Multiples commerces autour dans le quartier. Propreté de l'appartement. L'accès au wifi.

Extraordinaire!
Points positifs : L'appartement est très bien localisé, plusieurs commerces à côté et le métro à 250m, donc parfait pour nos déplacements! Mais surtout l'appartement est joliment décoré et très bien équipe! On se sent bien, comme chez soi! Le confort est remarquable et je vous félicite!! Mon séjour était exceptionnel, une dizaine des jours à paris, pour bien connaître la ville et aussi Versailles, et revenir à l'appartement pour reprendre de l'énergie était super! Merci beaucoup!

A highly recommended and very affordable place to stay in city of Paris.
Points positifs : Everything. From the location of the apartment very near to Volontaires Metro, apartment's easy access as it is located on the ground floor, a very spacious room, nice dining area, the complete kitchen amenities, even a washing machine. Highly recommended and affordable place for a short term or long term stay, for a family of up to 4.
Points négatifs : Nothing.

Points positifs : Great location, close to many restaurants and bakeries. The metro station is nearby, but it's also a nice walk to the city center.
Points négatifs : Narrow double bed. For 2 people the apartment is perfect, for 4 people the apartment is a bit cramped.

Points négatifs : Piano rialzato, con affaccio su strada. All'interno dell'armadio della camera da letto c'è una caldaia, probabilmente condominiale, viste le dimensioni; l'abbiamo trovato po' inquietante perché in Italia una situazione così non sarebbe a norma (in Francia non lo so)

Points positifs : I stayed 3 nights in this apartment in Paris, and the check in/check out process was very easy and smooth. The location was quite good overall. It’s just a 4 minute walk to the metro station and close to multiple bus stops. I was able to visit all the major attractions in Paris without needing a car. A decent stay if you’re looking for a clean place with easy access to public transportation.
Points négatifs : The apartment itself was a bit small for us as two adults with a three year old child, and there wasn’t much space to place our bags. However, it was clean and tidy. The neighborhood was quiet, which we appreciated, but parking was a challenge as is common in Paris. Still, within a 5 minute walk, there is a paid parking option that you can pre-book through the Zenpark app, which made things more manageable.
