Points positifs : Area the apartment was located was great, we were able to walk to most of the areas we wanted to go to. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Apartments was clean and very well designed/ maintained. Easy to follow check in/ check out system which was helpful.

Points négatifs : Loud banging sounds/ boiler noises when other apartments used their facilities which did keep us awake throughout the night and neighbours were not the quietest. Would definitely take this into account as can end up with very disturbed sleep throughout the night. Street noise was also loud at times but this is expected staying in a busy area.

Points positifs : Great flat. Just what we needed as a couple. Close to great areas for restaurants and cafes. Clean and well stocked with kitchen apparatus. Helpful staff @ Habitat Parisien thanks.

Points négatifs : Plastic moleton under bedsheet did not feel great Booking confirmation and security deposit over third-party app was very inconvenient - it took a lot of extra time and at some point I wasn't sure whether the requests were a scam or authentic. Also the deposit was released very late and we didn't get feedback that we left everything in order before that.

Stylish and Comfortable Apartment, but with Some Rough Edges and Minor Inconveniences

Points positifs : We had a pleasant stay at this property. The apartment was nicely designed, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well.

Points négatifs : While we had a pleasant stay overall, there were a few things that could have been better. The overall condition of the public spaces of the building were grubby and in real disrepair, which was a little surprising given the nice design of the apartment itself. We also noticed that the guidebook for the apartment was missing, which made it tricky to figure things out—like how to connect to the Wi-Fi—so we had to contact customer service for help multiple times. Lastly, the payment process was confusing since we booked through Booking.com but couldn’t pay directly on the platform. Minor inconveniences aside, we still enjoyed our stay.

Points positifs : Absolutely gorgeous property, very clean, spacious and warm. 5 min walk to a metro

Great location, very helpful/friendly staff

Points positifs : The property was very spacious for 4 adults, it’s very close to the metro which you can gain access to all the main tourist attractions. We arrived early morning and the main office for the apartments were able to store our luggage until our room was ready and the same on check out before going to the airport. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and easily contactable and very responsive to any queries!

Points négatifs : The entrance could be doing with some updating, quite run down however wouldn’t put me off from staying again

Points négatifs : The hallway leading up to the apartment really needs a refresh. I was shocked at the difference between the hallway and the actual apartment

Points positifs : הדירה מאוד מרווחת , מטבח ממש גדול , הרבה ציוד מטבחי עם תנור גדול . ממש קרוב למטרו ומלא סופרים ומסעדות .

Points négatifs : לא כל כך אהבתי שהחדר שינה והשירותים ממש ליד , לפעמים הרצפה מתרטבת ואין מספיק מגבות שמנקות את הרצפה לאחר השימוש במקלחת .
