Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Points positifs : Location was best part of it. Apartment is nearby tram station and Eiffel Tower is also walkable distance. With kid we found it is very convenient. Rooms were clean and we loved it.

Points négatifs : Sofa beds were not comfortable for adults with back issues. Except this everything else was very good.

Great location but lack in amenities

Points positifs : Rooms are decent size. It says for 6 people but technically it's only for 4 people as 1 sofa bed is just in the mid path and can't be used. House is walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Passy station and few cafes.

Points négatifs : No storage space for clothes in the bedroom. No space in the bathroom to keep your toiletries. Bathroom exhaust fan is noisy and always On. There is no option to turn this off.

Perfect location at a good price

Points positifs : Next to Passy Metro Station. Burger King 1 min walk from apartment Eiffel towel is just round the corner. There is a monoprix in walking distance with Sephora Passy next to it. Very convenient.

Points négatifs : Not an issue with the property, but it got noisy in the evening and early morning.

Perfect spot near the Tour Eiffel

Points positifs : Great position. Easy check-in. Good taste and functionality of furnitures. Owners are very kind and take care that everything works good.

Points négatifs : The sofa-bed is perfect for 1 adult + 1 children, not the best for 2 adults.

Points positifs : The best feature of this apartment is its location. Its located in an upscale area of Paris - Rue Charles Dickens. The Seine River is just a block away and if you cross the bridge, you'll be at the Eiffel tower in no time at all.
