Charming and cosy flat next to the Eiffel Tower

Points positifs : Très bien décoré et accueillant Le propriétaire était tres disponible et il s est informé pour savoir si on avait besoin de quoi que se soit pendant le séjour Des petites attention à l’arrivé (capsules café, thé..)

Points négatifs : C’etait un peu compliqué de fermer la porte fenêtre d’entrée et l’appartement semblait plus petit que en photo

Points positifs : Very central, easy to get to metro, groceries and shops.

Points négatifs : Having a dryer available would be great for the winter months but we managed with the heater grates in the end.

Good stay with surprise deposit requirement

Points positifs : Good location. Nearby is grocery story, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant, bus and metro station. Easy access to city center. Had all equipment to make a meal, even washing machine. Towels, shampoo etc were provided and did not need to take any with us. Living room coach can be made a proper bed, its nice wide and compfy.

Points négatifs : The prior checkin required to make a deposit of 500 eur to secure the booking which was weird and I did not know it while making booking. After that it requested early check in fee even tho I did not request a early check in. When I asked about it, they said that it was not needed, but they did not refund the 500 eur deposit immediately, only after stay which seemed as it was still needed. So if you book, assume that the total fee for booking can be bigger than expected.

Fanstastic location

Points positifs : Great location, number 80 bus goes from outside to the Eiffel Tower/Champs Elysee. Supermarket and bakery within two minutes walk.

Points négatifs : No air conditioning and it was a very hot week

Points positifs : Very nice place. There are all you need for your stay, comfortable and clean. Really perfect location and easy comunication with the owner.

Points positifs : Location was perfect. 20min walk to Eiffel Tower. Very close to groceries store, bus/metro stops.

Great place to stay for under a week

Points positifs : The Interior design and equipment are clean and fancy, also the kitchen is very well-equipped. And the location is very good because of the quite and safe atmosphere around this building and two nearby subway stations. If you looked for accommodation for Paris convention Center(Porte De Versailles), then I'll surely recommend this item for you, cause I can even get to convention center for 20 minutes on foot.

Points négatifs : Although we're staying here for 6 nights, the number of towel is very limited and very less than we expected before(4 big towels, 4 small towels). So we have to use washing machine for every nights, but the lack of enough space to hang out the laundry makes uncomfortable. Also, the shower booth is not sealed properly so some water and bubble splashes into the dry floor. This affected the lack of towels too.

Points positifs : Das Apartment war sehr nett eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage war auch super, man hatte zur nächsten Metro nicht weit. Mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat auch alles gut geklappt.

Points négatifs : Das Apartment war im EG und dadurch konnte man die Fensterläden nicht öffen, da man sonst von draußen hereingesehen hätte. Da es direkt an einer Kreuzung gelegen ist war das natürlich nicht so toll.

Points positifs : La posizione è ottima a 5 Min dalla metro e a 25 Min a piedi dalla Torre Eiffel, la pulizia era ottima.

Points négatifs : Non c'era la lavastoviglie.
