Points positifs : Big apartment with a great terrace that makes it even larger. There is a washing machine downstairs, and there is a towel rack in both bathrooms for drying. The place has all the kitchen items you could want. Claude was friendly and helpful. This is neighborhood, not a tourist area. Lots of great places for groceries, baked goods, food, shops, etc. We saw quite a few families with kids in the building. Felt safe and real. After a day or two, you start recognizing some of the locals, which I like.

Points négatifs : The location is not terribly central, and thus takes at least one metro change to get anywhere, but I knew that going in, so not really a problem. This is a regular neighborhood, and not a big tourist area. That is a bonus as far as I am concerned, but if you are looking for a high end and/or highly sanitized area, then this probably isn't the area you want.
