Points négatifs : Franchement je ne vois pas. Tout était très bien.

Séjour entièrement réussi avec un hébergement permettant le tout repos pour apprécier PARIS

Points positifs : Nous avons apprécié le contact et la prévenance du propriétaire, la simplicité pour l'accès au logement, la mise à disposition de tous les ustensiles nécessaires, la propreté du logement et sa localisation idéale dans un quartier dynamique mais tranquille : la rue est calme la nuit et très peu de bruit à l'intérieur de l'immeuble. Inutile de chercher mieux pour avoir un profit maximal de la vie parisienne.

Points positifs : La proximité aux musées et l’épicentre avec ses commerces et boutiques tout en étant dans un quartier et une rue calme.

Points négatifs : RAS

Points positifs : L'appartement est très bien placé pour visiter Paris en famille, il est très confortable également.

Points négatifs : Il faut savoir que les escaliers sont difficilement utilisables par les enfants (échelle pour descendre et marches très hautes à pas décalés pour accéder à la mezzanine). Nous n'avons pas l'habitude d'être en ville donc nous avons été gênés par le bruit de la rue et des allers-venues de l'immeuble mais c'est peut-être par manque d'habitude.

Family trip

Points positifs : Good location. Clean. Good for a couple. Not very expensive comparing to more comfortable solutions in the centre.

Points négatifs : This apartment is on 0 floor with window wall face to the street, so it is very noisy. The bed room is in the sort of cave (no windows). The stairs are not easy for aged persons or with disabilities. Not practical with small kids as well.

Points positifs : Excellent location, perfectly furnished, clean and chic. The hosts are very polite and responsive.

Points positifs : The location is absolutely perfect in a nice area with lots of eating places and a few minutes walk to the metro or buses. Very clean apartment and works well for a family with teenagers with having 3 separate spaces. Cindy was lovely and very good at communicating.

Points négatifs : The sofa bed could be more comfortable. The stairs to the bottom room were fine for us but wouldn’t suit the elderly or young kids.

Points négatifs : Cost .. very expensive for size. Bed linen didn’t fit well & is worn to point that it should be replaced

Great area and very clean apartment.

Points positifs : The location within Paris is great! It's in a really nice area that has a lot to offer and a lot can be done on foot. The hosts were very friendly and instructions were very clear. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and considering the location, it's great value for money. It was very clean and we appreciated the multitude of sockets :)

Points négatifs : We weren't really aware that the flat is on the ground floor. It was a bit warm inside the flat so we had to sleep with the window open which made it quite noisy on a Friday night as people were walking by and chatting outside until really late. There's a 'quite time' from 10pm but other people in the complex were very loud and you can hear quite a bit of noise through the walls. This is not really the hosts' or the apartment's fault, just something one should be aware of. The stairs for the downstairs bedroom are a bit tricky.
