Points positifs : The location is excellent. There is a supermarket and metro nearby. It would not be bad if a repairman was sent to this apartment. Some things are already broken and require repair.
Points négatifs : I had a force majeure situation, which I addressed to the owners. I accidentally booked an apartment for the wrong dates when I flew to Paris. It needed to be resolved urgently. However, no one got in touch. A couple of days later the security guard wrote to me saying that he was not solving anything. So be more careful when booking apartments, especially ones where booking money is not refundable.

Comfortable and convenient! Good for leisure pursposes!
Points positifs : Even though it’s a small room, my family of three was really comfortable. The location is good, few minutes from the metro! Plenty of restaurants and bars around!
Points négatifs : There was a limited amount of sanitary equipment, witch wasn’t that big of a deal. Some spots in the toilet room were not exactly clean, but again personally it didn’t affect my experience.

Bijoux apartment in a fantastic location!
Points positifs : The loft is beautiful and very cleverly laid out to ensure maximum use of the very small space. The location is also perfect. Super close to the Laumierre metro and the Canal. Very close to the park Butte Charmont. The two restaurants on either side of the loft are definitely worth visiting!
Points négatifs : The bed in the mezzanine is VERY uncomfortable, and definitely not suitable for an adult >> there is little headroom and the mattress is not really a mattress. It is halfway between a large yoga mat and a mattress-topper. This was no issue for my 6 year old, but my 9 year old could feel the wooden slats beneath the \

Muy buena ubicación , 1 cama matrimonial y un sofá cama
Points positifs : Muy buena ubicación !!! El lugar es pequeño y tiene todo lo necesario , el sofá se hace cama , y con eso se puede resolver ya que íbamos 5 personas 2 adultos y pude resolver para los 3 niños en el sofá cama
Points négatifs : La cama de arriba es imposible utilizarla no hay manera y la escalera peligrosa para estar subiendo y bajando , la cama matrimonial ya está vencida , habría que pensar en cambiarla !!

Für Kurztrips empfehlenswert
Points positifs : Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Man findet hier alles, was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung, ebenso die Metro und Bushaltestellen. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern (5, 10 und 11 Jahre) für 3 Nächte dort und es für uns absolut ausreichend.
Points négatifs : Toilettenpapier wäre nett gewesen. Aber vielleicht würde das nur vergessen. Gut, dass der Supermarkt nur 20m weg ist 😅

Ok stay for a quick visit; not ideal for more than 4 people
Points positifs : Cozy apartment with everything needed and close to the metro station in a decent area. The sheets were clean and the room is nicely decorated.
Points négatifs : Few items were either broken or missing. Living area couch had a big tear not being covered with anything; the facility didn’t seem to be properly cleaned, including the fridge. Missing some basic items or not having enough as toilet paper, coffee and a mat in the bathroom. The shower is very small and the door leaks. As a result the bathroom floor is constantly wet making difficult to use. The sink was patched with a dirty towel for some reason and was left as such during our stay. It can be pretty noise in the morning as people are passing by early in am.

Points positifs : Cichy, klimatyczny lokal, w fantastycznie zagospodarowanej okolicy. Sąsiedztwo metra, piekarnie, kawiarnie, db zaopatrzony sklep.
Points négatifs : Mieszkanie pod względem czystości mogłoby być bardziej ogarnięte. W szczególności wnętrza szafek.
