Points positifs : L’emplacement est très avantageux, resto/cafés à proximité, métro etc.. Ideal pour un couple ou un groupe de 2 personnes.

Points positifs : Le logement est très bien situé pas loin de la rue Mouffetard quartier très agréable pas très loin du Panthéon et de Notre Dame pour les bons marcheurs.

**Superbe appartement à Paris !**
Points positifs : L’appartement était très bien, propre et parfaitement situé au cœur de Paris. Tout est à proximité : transports, commerces, restaurants… Idéal pour profiter pleinement de la ville !
Points négatifs : Le seul petit bémol, il manquait un peu de produits de ménage, mais rien de gênant. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Will Stay Again
Points positifs : Location was perfect, just on the outskirts of the city center. Studio was quaint and the use of the space was well thought out. Bed super comfortable as well.
Points négatifs : Nothing, it was a very pleasant stay.

Enjoyable and comfortable.
Points positifs : The information on accessing the flat was timely and comprehensive. The staff was friendly and prompt when I had queries.
Points négatifs : The studio was great. However, if I may suggest, a floor or table lamp (lit upwards to ceiling) will give the space a warm ambience. Hooks/ racks for clothes, such as those behind the toilet door, would have been helpful.

Points positifs : La ubicación era muy buena, el apartamento estaba bonito amoblado, la verdad tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia. Las instrucciones de llegada fueron claras y nos dieron un guía de recomendaciones. Si bien estaba al nivel de la calle, era bastante tranquilo y sin ruido externo.
Points négatifs : Si bien estaba limpio, sobre la mesa del comedor caía constantemente un polvillo por el uso del piso de arriba. El aire acondicionado solo eran unos ventiladores y no había opción de aire caliente, por ejemplo para un día de lluvia que nos tocó. No tenía armario por lo que estaban muchísimas toallas y ropa de cama ahí mismo encima. Tenía un poco olor a encerrado ya que no tiene ninguna ventilación natural ni artificial. Al tener poco espacio en la cocina, los utensilios estaban guardados bajo el lavaplatos no muy higiénico y faltaba la bandeja para la loza lavada, por lo que quedaba todo el meson mojado.

Points positifs : Маленькая уютная студия, есть все необходимое. Вокруг есть много магазинов, кафе и остановок общественного транспорта. Не далеко до метро.

Hermoso lugar
Points positifs : El lugar es cómodo y agradable. Realmente lo recomiendo muchísimo
Points négatifs : No tiene aire acondicionado real ni ventilador, solamente un aparato que larga muy poco aire fresco.

Нужна вентиляция в душ, в квартире очень сыро 😭
Points positifs : Нам повезло , нам пошли на встречу, разрешили пораньше оставить вещи и позже заселиться
Points négatifs : Квартира находится на первом этаже, без каких либо решеток и балкона Окно не откроешь, потому что один раз к нам почти зашла женщина, перепутала дверь с подъездом Если будете бронировать, уточняйте это ! Не очень хорошо было убрано, к сожалению
