Points positifs : Très bon contact avec la personne en charge de la gestion du logement. Consigne très clair avec photos pour recuperer les cles En contact pendant et a la fin du sejour.

Points positifs : Le studio est très accueillant, joliment aménagé, bien soigné et propre, en proximité de commerces, cafés, le Sacre Coeur, transport public. J'y ai passé un excellent séjour.

Points positifs : I adored my cozy stay here the central location, lovely room, just the perfect comfort for an air bnb. Plus the hosts were very helpful with the getting in and checking out of the rooms. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

A comfortable stay in the city of light, once the world's best city, but now overrun with aliens.

Points positifs : The location was as expected. The room provided all we had hoped for and was warm, bright and airy. Although the bed is a sofa bed it was comfortable and provided all required of it for a decent night. All the facilities we could have wished for were within the room, which helped provide a comfortable stay. The acid test always when renting a room is - would we stay there again if we were visiting? The answer to that is a resounding yes!

Points négatifs : The property itself is not ridiculously difficult to find, particularly for those who, like us, have visited Montmartre before. However, we felt for newcomers it would prove difficult and additional instructions as to which metro station best serves the property, along with directions from it, would be very helpful. We found the keybox system used ridiculous and intrinsically problematic. It is hidden at the back of an unmarked letterbox, obscured by leaflets, and impossible to read in the dark without a torch. A wholly absurd configeration. We had to call for instructions for the first time in many years.

great homely cosy place close to everything necessary

Points positifs : I liked how homely this studio was, it felt like we lived there, very cosy. I loved that the shutter blinds were literally black out. The balcony was a nice touch but didn't get to use it as it was a little bit cold to go out. The kitchen had lots of utensils which were very useful and shampoo and conditioner were left in the shower. A lot of different essentials fit in an ordinary sized room. Close to transport and extremly close to the sacre couer basillica, 3 minute walk uphill. It was great.

Points négatifs : I saw another review say the shower fan is to loud, which it is always on but it never once bothered me, you would have to be an extremely light sleeper for that to keep you awake, especially after all the exploring. An extra roll of toilet paper would have been useful although we were ok without it.

Perfectly located little hide-away suitable for digital nomads

Points positifs : Easy access with the key lock box. The apartment has everything you could need for a short stay. WiFi is good enough for work. It’s relatively quiet and has a homely feel. Great outdoor space on the balconies. Any questions and Céline takes care of it :) The location is great!

Points négatifs : The fan in the bathroom is on constantly and it’s loud: you‘ll need earplugs for sleeping and if you want some quiet focus times during the day. There is no door between the hallway and the main room, so it feels a bit like sleeping in the hallway: a curtain would be helpful.

Convenient studio near Sacre-Coeur

Points positifs : Pretty good value for the money (in Paris)! The location is easily accessible, being close to a metro station. We received thorough instructions for our arrival, with great communication from the host. The keys were in a lockbox. The studio was well equipped with the basics (cups, pots, utensils, Nespresso machine etc), and comfy enough, if a bit chilly.

Points négatifs : The building is somewhat worn. There were dark mold stains in the shower and the shower hose was broken and leaking. There were only two rolls of toilet paper for our stay of several days. No sponge or brush for dishwashing. The overall location near the Château Rouge metro station didn't feel unsafe per se, but not very charming either.

Excellent value for the money and that's not easy to achieve in Paris!

Points positifs : What an awesome place in Paris! The studio is super-bright and airy with all the space and amenities you need to relax and unwind after a long day walking around Paris in the Sun. Great communication via booking and locally once you get there. Easy access on the Metro and close to Gare du Nord for those arriving by train.

Points négatifs : Nothing, everything was awesome.

Juste parfait!!

Points positifs : The location! Absolutely amazing we were a 2 minute walk from the top of the Scare Cœur. Probably the best location in Paris.

Points négatifs : Thé live tv didn’t work and we couldn’t work out how to use the ‘chain’ selection. But Netflix and YouTube worked.
