Elegant studio - 2P - Trocadéro - Eiffel Tower

Séjour très agréable dans un lieu calme et bien équipé, seul le matelas du canapé est à revoir urgemment.

Points positifs : La situation est idéale, le logement donne sur une cour intérieure donc au calme ( pas de rue passante). Les équipements étaient très corrects, la propreté du logement était impeccable et l’accueil au logement était très professionnel et chaleureux.

Points négatifs : Le matelas du canapé pas assez épais et complètement déformé dommage c’est le seul bémol de cet hébergement.

Great location, nice and clean apartment, good communication with the staff.

Points positifs : The apartment was nice and clean. The location is great, very convenient for commuting. The neighborhood is nice and quite calm. The personnel were very communicative and helpful; we were in touch on WhatsApp before, during, and after the visit. And there is a great viewpoint on the Eiffel Tower in a few minutes of walking distance!

Points négatifs : The bed is the only thing that could be better. It's really uncomfortable.

Points positifs : I loved the location, we had bakeries and groceries pretty close which made it very convenient for our plan,

Points négatifs : I didn't like that they asked for a security deposit. Even though I understand the reason behind it, I would like to know in advance this kind of actions

Points positifs : Nice facilities, like kitchen, laundery machine, dish washer, etc. The location is also really good, right between 3 different metro stations and in a more quiet part of the big city.

Points négatifs : The sleeping sofa is not comfortable, all though it is easy to flip up from a sofa to a bed.

Points positifs : Excellent location, in a splendid area, metro and supermarket nearby. A nice studio, clean and well-equipped. Very good service form the staff.

Not forgettable & extra positive

Points positifs : Accommodation process was super easy and friendly. Very good contact with the agent. Openness for client requests (eg. Late check out). Good contact.

Points négatifs : Small but very tiny and enough for 2 persons. Everything what is needed for short stay. Great location!! 16 is the best :-)

Nice room, better location, but hard to get the key!

Points positifs : The location is quite perfect close to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Nice room with kitchen.

Points négatifs : The only way to get the key is to call the number and make an appointment with an employee...quite a hassle, really. Then, they gave me the wrong key. So I could'nt get in anymore! Had to walk in the city to try to find wifi to be able to call them again. The toaster was broken. They promised they would replace it the next day. They never did. And they didn't reply to any phone calls anymore. The bed is so close to the bathroom that it blocks the entrance of the bathroom door.

Points positifs : Lo que mas nos gustó fue la ubicación, cerca de Trocadero (Torre Eifel), cerca varios metros, buses.

Points négatifs : Por ser Mexicano y no tener servicio de llamadas, no me pude comunicar directamente con el host, como recomendación para el host, mandar un mensaje de WhatsApp a sus renteros para que tengan ese canal de comunicación abierto via INTERNET/DATOS. El sofá cama hace mucho ruido pero fuera de eso muy bien.
