Points positifs : L’emplacement et l’agencement de l’appartement. RDC très agréable avec fenêtre sans barreaux. Très calme et lumineux.
Points négatifs : Literie et propreté à optimiser. Sommier à vérifier et canapé taché.

Je recommande cet appartement.
Points positifs : Nous sommes trois Canadiens à avoir séjourné dans ce charmant appartement et nous avons vraiment aimé. L'emplacement est parfait puisqu'il est près de beaucoup de restaurants, pharmacie, parc etc. Les instructions pour accéder à l'appartement sont claires. Je recommande cet appartement et y retournerai encore et encore.
Points négatifs : Puisqu'il faisait chaud et un peu humide, nous avions préféré avoir peut-être une fanne le jour pour diminuer le tout. Sinon, le soir il fesait frais alors nous pouvions ouvrir la fenêtre qui, malheureusement n'a pas de moustiquaire alors nous devions la fermer pour les moustiques etc.

Séjour très agréable.
Points positifs : Emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris. Accès facile au métro. Commerces à proximité.
Points négatifs : Détail..... : peut-être une ou deux tablettes pour le lave-vaisselle ? Petit mot explicatif pour le téléviseur (pour les non initiés...lol) merci

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce logement en famille, une belle surprise, très récent, et propre!
Points positifs : Le calme, la propreté, la décoration, l'optimisation des espaces, les équipements et la fonctionnalité Proximité du métro, de la supérette, parc très agréable à 10 minutes à pied
Points négatifs : Pas de fenêtre ds la chambre, le mode pluie dans la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Points positifs : Public transport very close, close to centrum, freshly renovated flat, clean and nice appartement, kitchen equipment was enough for small cooking. Area ok.
Points négatifs : Bathroom's door could fit to the frame ;)

Very quiet apartment, but close to amenities. Very easy to get to the heart of Paris on the metro
Points positifs : Location was great - the flat was incredibly quiet, which was perfect! Location was superb as well The fans were a very VERY welcome addition, as was the coffee machine
Points négatifs : There was a gorgeous rainfall showerhead.... which didn't work. It was very hot - although no air con is advertised, and I now appreciate it's very normal for Paris not to have it, it meant it was very hot and sticky (although very good fans were provided)

Impeccably clean, perfectly located, and supported by an outstanding host—this apartment made my 21-day stay absolutely
Points positifs : I stayed here for 21 days, and everything was outstanding. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every detail carefully maintained. The host’s support was exceptional—responsive, helpful, and always friendly. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again!

Great location & Good property management service
Points positifs : Excellent location with many bus routes and metro stations within short distances which made our everyday journey very easy. Great selection of local convenient stores / supermarkets around. The property management’s staff who responded via Booking.com has been great and shown consistent checking-in with us about a situation we flagged. We felt safe in the area and the apartment. Would have been 10 out of 10 if it wasn’t let down by the 1 thing.
Points négatifs : The only disappointment was the dirty sheet for the double bed, we didn’t notice until we fully pull off the duvet. However the property management’s staff responded via Booking.com very quickly and with many attempts to arrange us freshly new sheets but was let down by their cleaner / driver.

Good value, close to metro, great stay
Points positifs : It was a very nice surprise for the value - the apartment is well located, very close to the Brochant Metro Station and a couple pharmacies, restaurants, bars, markets that stay open until late. The sofa bed is even more comfortable than what it looks. Everything was very clean and we found everything we needed in the apartment. Most attractions are about 20min away with the metro. Overall really great stay!
Points négatifs : It was more than enough space for 3 adults and a kid for two nights, but for a long stay or for two couples it might get a bit tight.
