Lovely stay in a lively area

Points positifs : The apartment is a great size for a group of six and really well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Only a short walk in any direction till you are at restaurants, cafes, bakeries and the like. Especially enjoyed the Sentier area only 10-15 minutes stroll away. Even has not one but two mini Arc de Triomphes right nearby

Points positifs : We were a family of 6 so it was very important we have a spacious apartment and this place was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. The metro station is only a couple minutes from the apartment, as well as many restaurants and a couple Monoprix supermarkets.

Points négatifs : The check in is pretty late, only at 4pm, so if you arrive early in the day, you need to find a place where you can leave your lugagge at and pay extra for it. The front door of the apartment were really hard to open so we struggled each time. Since we were a family of 6 with 2 kids, the apartment got messy quite quickly and the vacuum cleaner wasn't working and there was no cleaning services included during the stay. Also there's not enough bathroom towel hooks for so many people. The trash bin is way too small for a large group staying for 3+ nights (we stayed 4).

Apartment inside was nearly perfect. Entrance needs work along with the door

Points positifs : Apartment was very spacious and perfect inside for a family group

Points négatifs : The entrance badly needs to be upgraded along with the door. Apartment has a bit of a mouldy smell. The street is on isn’t great but that’s not the fault of the property. The instructions for entering the apartment say to turn the key left. This is incorrect. You need to pull the door towards you and turn right. It opens in then.
