Points positifs : Tout! La déco, le confort des chambres, la qualité des materiaux , la localisation… tout parfait

Points négatifs : Un détail mais pas de lave vaisselle ni d’essui vaisselle

Family trip

Points positifs : Excellent communication with Host. Very spacious apartment. Very comfortable beds, numerous bathrooms were a plus point. Very close to Simplon Metro.

Points négatifs : Furniture looking a bit dated, some broken parts. Pillows on beds were rather uncomfortable. Only 1 teaspoon in cutlery drawer and 1 wine glass provided! (Smaller water glasses were provided)

Great stay!!! Hosts very responsive!!! Lovely apartment for families!!! :)

Points positifs : The location was great!!! We love the showers :) We love the responsiveness of the host and the use of technology in securing the door entry.

Points négatifs : There were strangers around the area and there were groups standing by and making noise by our door at night after 9pm :( henceforth, some of us were scared to stay out after 9pm) :(

Fantastic location with a spacious & comfortable apartment

Points positifs : Fantastic lay out which as a good of friends together worked magnificently. Great location from the metro which made getting about really simple and allowed us to explore the gorgeous city! The property is really well thought out with comfort for your stay and plenty of bathrooms which as a group worked really well. I highly recommend this apartment as it’s clean, comfortable and set in a great location for getting about!

Points négatifs : Only comment would be that there was no hand soap in the bathrooms and maybe consider a full size ironing board!

Points positifs : The inside of the apartment is stunning!!! Comfy beds and good for a group of 7! We loved everything about the apartment!!! Its a big spacious area and gorgeous bathrooms

Beautiful Appartment

Points positifs : Beautifully dressed apartment. Perfect for Families or large parties. Shops and Restaurants all in walking distance, with transport close buy to get you anywhere in Paris.

Good for short stay in mid of paris

Points positifs : Kitchen, living room & bedrooms are well equipped with facilities. Location is close to metro however bit busy with walkers and you expected to close doors all the time

Points négatifs : Bathroom wasn't equipped with some basic things like hand wash, laundry detergent or liquid, etc. toilet paper was of good quality. Fans was fixed and was making noice with top speed. Tower fans would have been a great help

A good chose

Points positifs : It was lovely once you get inside looks just like pictures. Very comfortable there was 9 of us and we managed well in the space. Every room had a fan which was well needed. We arrived late but still got support to get into apartment. And we had a hiccup when it was time to leave but was able to stay in the apartment until it was time for cleaning to start which was a great help.

Points négatifs : Just little things because of style of sockets couldn't get an adapter in. But managed with USB ports. Couldn't locate where to put rubbish but managed to use neighbours bins. The main light over dining table could use a dimmer very bright.

Points positifs : It was lovely ! And amazing communication from owners ! We went as a group and had a great time ! Very clean and modern too!

Points positifs : Modern and relaxing. A good area to relax with family. Very near the Simplon Metro, so easy to get around.

Points négatifs : The original access to get the key was not explained properly- I had to ask a local for the code to open the door to then use the pin code to open the letter box. We were lucky but it does need to be more clear.
