Points positifs : Petit appartements cosy, équipé de tout le nécessaire pour vivre. Emplacement très pratique, tout à distance de marche, endroit calme. Propriétaire sympathique, répond rapidement aux messages. Propre et confortable. Ils laissent des articles gratuits (café, chaussons, brosses à dents) pour faciliter votre arrivée. De plus, nous avons trouvé une petite bouteille de prosecco quand nous sommes arrivés, c'était très sympa !!! Logement petit mais parfaitement agencé, et très bien situé C'était un plaisir de vivre dans ces appartements. Il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour quelques jours, assez d'espace pour deux. Appartement chaleureux avec une bonne insonorisation.! L'emplacement est top ! À 5min à pied de la station de métro Ternes . Je recommande vivement !

Points positifs : Vraiment parfait comme point de chute pour un déplacement professionnel. Logement petit mais parfaitement agencé, et très bien situé, proche de la place de l'étoile et de la Défense. Bien équipé. Petites attentions adorables à l'arrivée.

Points négatifs : Pas de réseau téléphone je ne captais pas dans le logement. Heureusement, l'appartement offre le Wifi j'ai pu bosser.

Points positifs : Spotlessly clean, perfectly decorated with little extra touches( slippers, toothbrush, little bottle of cuvée), comfortable and in a good position.

Points positifs : Clean and simple, a bit small but good for money its adorable. The metro lines are close so is the arc de triomphe also the big shopping street The Avenue des Champs-Élysées

Still, these were just minor things, and overall, we had a great experience. We would definitely come back again!

Points positifs : Really good location and looks exactly like in the photos. The host is very friendly, helpful, and understanding in all situations. Everything is clean and nicely maintained. The bus station and metro are close to the apartment.

Points négatifs : One small thing to note: the smell of the bed sheets and towels was quite strong — you could really sense the washing powder. That might be a plus for someone, though. Also, on the first day, we couldn’t open the window because of a smell coming from the restaurant nearby.

Points positifs : It was a pleasure to live in these apartment. It has everything you need for a couple of days, enough space for two. Warm apartment with good soundproofing. In problematic situations, the owner always helped us quickly.
