Points positifs : Elevator! Room is on third floor. Helpful with luggage Laundry machine in room- convenient! Key fob to get into building Small kitchenette with fridge - appreciated Met rep upon arrival for keys, tour of room and to answer any questions we had. Quick Access to public transit and shops/restaurants

Points négatifs : Tight quarters for 3 adults, especially when pullout couch was open, or having laundry rack out to dry clothes. Main bedroom, could not walk around bed. Had to climb over bed No place to keep luggage out of the way Limited TV options No real views from windows Mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable- especially pull out couch Late check out - 1 hr extension not permitted. Nowhere to store luggage after checking out

Points négatifs : A little bit small.but we can stay 4 person( 1 7 years old child and 3 person)

The communication from the host was brilliant. We felt really welcome and brilliant location.

Points positifs : Couch bed was super comfortable. Great addition to the apartment for sleeping 4 comfortably.

Points positifs : Location was great for first time visitors. Public commute was very much accessible. Near to most of attractions. Had variety of shops nearby.

Points négatifs : It would be great if someone local can be available to come and assist the visitors for any additional help with the set up and commute. Its would be good if property can provide some contact info an d basic details on how to commute around.

Bright, airy, cosy and perfectly located.

Points positifs : The flat was exactly like on the photos. Very clean and cosy, warm and full of light, with all the right gadgets available. It rained throughout so it was lovely to have the use of a hair dryer and the umbrella; all the kitchen provisions were new. It’s very centrally located, a short walking distance from Centre Georges Pompidou, with easy access to Metro, galleries and cafes. The surrounding neighbourhood is quietly busy with Supermarche and a small bio veg shop nearby. It felt safe and well looked after. The proprietors were responsive and exceptionally polite.

Points négatifs : If you’re planning to stay for longer than a few days, note that the property has no wardrobe or storage space for your things: we kept our stuff in our suitcases, but after a few days that does get messy. The flat would benefit from a chest of drawers or a drawer under the bed to pack some stuff away. A lockbox for the house keys would have made the arrival and departure easier on both guests and the proprietors.

Points positifs : Exceptional stay! Very well-maintained and clean flat. Two adults and a little girl we had a great time, spacious bathroom (hairdryer and washing machine) and fully equipped kitchenette. Although it is located in an area with many restaurants and shops, it is very quiet and safe at night. The nearest metro station is Sebastopol but a 5minute walk takes you to the bigger Les Halles (metro) and Chatelet Les Halles (rer) linked to the airport

Points positifs : Perfecte locatie. Ideaal appartement. Alles aanwezig en zo handig ingedeeld dat je een gevoel van ruimte houdt.

Points négatifs : De bedbank valt een beetje uit elkaar maar functioneert nog goed genoeg
