L’accueil de Thomas

Points positifs : Le préposé Thomas est génial. L’hébergement très bien situé dans le 10e à quelques minutes de la Gare de l’Est et du canal St-Martin.

Points négatifs : L’hébergement est un peu petit pour 4 adultes mais ok pour un court séjour.

Points positifs : L'emplacement était vraiment très bien situé. La description des différents services était très complète. La salle de bains était très bien.

Points négatifs : Attention à l'entretien des tapis de sol ( aspirateur passé sommairement).

Points positifs : Appartement au calme dans une cour intérieure typiquement parisienne. Bon équipement de la cuisine. Lots confortables. Arfait pour un Séjour en famille avec des enfants.

Points négatifs : Pas mal de sans abris dans le quartier Pas de volets donc lumière du jour au matin Pas de rideau dans la 2eme chambre avec la verrière Aller chercher le bip du portail d’entrée dans un supermarché à côté en arrivant, obligatoirement en anglais car les gérants ne parlent pas français

Appartement très confortable et au calme

Points positifs : Très calme, dans une rue non passante. Bien sécurisé. Très bien équipé, avec un vrai canapé lit très confortable. Même s'il n'y a pas la clim (plus écologique!), il y fait frais. On a posé nos valises pour le week-end, il ne manquait rien (linge de toilette, draps, torchon, échantillons, vaisselle, wifi etc). Salle de bain spacieuse avec grande douche et des grands tiroirs pour que chacun range sa trousse de toilette. Quartier très sympa, à 2 pas du canal Saint Martin. Métro à 5 minutes. Le fait d'aller chercher le badge à une autre adresse pour entrer dans la résidence n'est pas habituel, mais ça se fait sans problème. Et si vous avez des questions, vous avez les réponses via booking très rapidement. Si nous avons l'occasion, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Points négatifs : Le seul bémol: pas de stores occultant la lumière et qui gêne l'ouverture des fenêtres.

Would happily stay again!

Points positifs : It was really well decorated, comfy beds and in a perfect location - not too touristy but close enough to the metro, train station and everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again as it was such good value for money!

Perfect location for a Paris city break

Points positifs : We liked that the property is in a quiet tucked away neighbourhood walking distance from Gare du Nord. The neighbourhood is cool and trendy with lots of restaurants and bakeries. The property was very clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Points négatifs : One suggestion for the kitchen would be a grater (răpe de cuisine)

A comfortable and clean apartment

Points positifs : A beautiful apartment with a nice garden to have a coffee in the morning. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very clean too. Communication with the owner was top level and his descriptions about the place, keys and any information needed was impressive. The apartment is 3 minutes away from the nearby metro station and there’s a bakery and a few shops too. The pictures are from when we were leaving so it looks even better on arrival.
