Points positifs : Très grand appartement propre et climatisé. Situé à deux pas du métro et du cœur de Paris. Accès facile à l’appartement par code. Ascenseur pour se rendre au 4e etage.

Very good, convenient accommodation - did the job, and would recommend it.

Points positifs : Perfect location. Spacious and comfortable with all basic facilities

Points négatifs : Spare pillows would have been good. WiFi access took us a while to work out - handbook needs to be updated. We were unable to find the bins to put rubbish out despite trying to follow the instructions

Very nice people, very good and safe location, Clean Apartment.

Points positifs : Customer service was great, Our flight cancel because of Strike in Orly Airport, Customer service department changed our reservation dates, Modified and refund 1 day cost. Booking Customer service didnt Support and solve the case, didnt even care of it. After that i contacted with this Apartment Customer Service, they really kind, understand the situation and help a lot. Also location perfect. Apartment is very clean and usefull. Check-out time little early, 10:00 am on Sunday with 3 kids very difficult to pack and leave the apartment. it could be 11:00. All others perfect. Thanks again.

In the thick of it - excellent location at a very good price

Points positifs : The location, the comfortable beds and excellent shower. It was clean and spacious. Lots of TVs although we didn’t use them.

Points négatifs : Little things: Lack of “orientation material” eg WIFI code, where was nearest supermarket, doctor etc Access information came after we’d already arrived which caused a little initial anxiety. The lift door jammed on our floor so we needed to exit one floor lower and walk up. Ok descending. No washing up aids (eg scourer, spontex, wash up brush), no plug for the sink - had to improvise.

Apartment was great choise for this trip

Points positifs : Real photo, big rooms, clean. Excellent location. The weather was cold bur when we arrieved heaters was already turned on, it’s really nice :)
