Points positifs : Installation moderne, belle décoration, emplacement parfait sur Montmartre , dépannage très serviable par téléphone pour l’accès à l’appartement
Points négatifs : L’insonorisation avec la cage d’escalier est très mauvaise et il y a du passage pendant la nuit. Et l’équipe de nettoyage sonne à la minute de la fin de check out.

Fantastique séjour de 4 jours à Paris, nous avons bien profité et beaucoup apprécié.
Points positifs : L'appartement était propres, 4 linges de bains et 4 linges de salle de bains étaient mis à disposition. Il y avait des casseroles pour cuisiner et de la vaisselle pour manger. L'accueil était très bon. Nous étions un couple et deux jeunes filles, c'était parfait pour dormir, avec le canapé qui se transforme en lit. Il y a plusieurs magasins proche du logement, les transports métros et trams sont proche, l'endroit est très vivant, très appréciable.
Points négatifs : Un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle et une éponge pour nettoyer aurait été un plus. Nous avons acheté ce matériel et l'avons laissé sur place. Mais ce n'est qu'un détails. Un autre petit détail, il serait bon d'indiquer que le métro Anvers, sur la ligne 2 est celui conseillé pour aller à l'appartement. Nous avons pris la sortie Abbeses de la ligne 12 et avons fait l'erreur de ne pas prendre l’ascenseur. Nous avons dû monter 181 marches d'escalier avec nos bagages. L'appartement est au niveau de la rue, cela ne nous a pas dérangé, mais peu déranger d'autres personnes.

Points positifs : Emplacement vraiment privilégié, équipements neufs et de qualité, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. J'ai apprécié qu'il y ait plein de dosettes de café. Adresse à retenir pour la prochaine fois !
Points négatifs : L'appartement semble très neuf, le propriétaire a oublié d'enlever tout le film plastique protecteur dans la baignoire, du coup on dirait qu'elle est sale ! Le chauffage est difficile à régler sur les radiateurs, trop chaud, il faut le régler sur le chauffe-eau. Il manque des torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle, et du sucre.

Very nice conveniently situated apartment, would stay again despite the noise issues.
Points positifs : Great location, well appointed, perfect for a couple
Points négatifs : Bathroom door is faulty, and bed is very noisy (come on property managers!). Not the property’s fault, noisy neighbours (stairwell overhead) and a noisy hot water heater.

So glad we stayed here!
Points positifs : An unbeatable location. Right next to Sacre Coeur and ten metres from cafes, but quiet at night! We loved that it was on the ground floor - no stairs to haul the luggage up. So happy we found this place.
Points négatifs : The bathroom is off the bedroom, so might be tricky for two couples. Perfect for a family though.

Great apartment and location
Points positifs : Nice spacious apartment, very clean. Well equipped to make your stay comfortable. Modern furniture and quality bedding. Location in Montmartre is awesome.
Points négatifs : Toilet room is accessible only through the bedroom, so if someone is sleeping on the couch in the kitchen and needs to use a bathroom at night, he/she would have to go through the bedroom.

Great location, comfortable pied de terre but no working Wi-Fi !
Points positifs : Great location , comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for showers and baths .Everything you would need in the well appointed kitchen. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep for breakfast , lunch and dinner.
Points négatifs : Unfortunately as has been mentioned by other guests , the Wi-Fi was unavailable for the entirety of our stay. Despite emails back and forth it was not sorted before we left. It was inconvenient not to have Wi-Fi and it would have been nice to access the television after a long day of pounding the streets of Paris. Pity the management company have not seemed to have sorted this issue. It would be nice to talk to someone - calls to telephone number went unanswered.

Points positifs : Clean and modern ground floor apartment - secure - great location in beautiful Monmartre and close walk to a few metro stations. Grateful to have a washing machine and new facilities. Easy check in and check out instructions. We would stay again.
Points négatifs : Unfortunately the WIFI did not work for the 3 nights we were there and despite good communication with the host, it wasn't able to be fixed in time. We were not at the apartment most of the time so it wasn't a huge issue for us - also as we had some mobile data allowance. The bathroom door is also quite difficult.
