Gare de Lyon - Premium apartment

Points positifs : Bien équipé, confortable, on se sent comme à la maison. Le quartier est agréable. L’immeuble est assez calme

Points négatifs : Petit point négatif pour un logement avec cuisine il manque des condiments de base. La porte d’entré est difficile a ouvrir.

Très bonne location, mais...

Points positifs : Bel appartement, bien situé, confortable, calme. Ventilateurs très appréciés par temps de canicule.

Points négatifs : Apres de multiples rappels et 2 mois d'attente, je n'ai toujours pas récupéré ma caution, bien qu'ayant laissé l'appartement en parfait état. Aucune justification, aucune explication. 😡

Super séjour à paris

Points positifs : Super appartement..bien équipé et à la proximité de toutes commodités essentielles (café, restaurant, magasins, transport... )

Points négatifs : Rien

Points positifs : Perfect location to visit the city center and Disney, being 3 min walk to the Metro Bastille and 10 min walk to Gare de Lyon which takes you straight to Disney.

Points négatifs : As is common in Paris there is no elevator, and the apartment is on a second floor. If you are more than 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room which nearly blocks the entrance.

Fantastic great value stay for family in Bastille Paris

Points positifs : The location of this apartment is incredible - so easy to get to the metro station and it seemed to be in a safe area.

Points négatifs : I think the apartment door lock and handle needs some attention, it definitely needed some persuasion to be opened and closed properly.

Points positifs : I really liked the neighborhood where we stayed – it’s close to Gare de Lyon, which made it easy for us to get to Disneyland and later continue our trip to Nice. The apartment itself is quite spacious, especially by Paris standards.

Points négatifs : Nothing else comes to mind right now.

Points positifs : Great location, easy check-in and checkout, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and sofa. All in all, excellent value and comfortable staying.

Points négatifs : One minor issue for families is the limited amount of hot water for showering. We had to be take (very) quick showers, otherwise the third and forth person would have to shower on cold water. It's completely manageable and I would definitely stay there again with wife and 2 kids.

Points positifs : They told us that there was a parking, but it wasn't any.We paid extra for that.

A Comfortable and Convenient Stay in a Charming Old Building in Paris

Points positifs : This is a great apartment located in an older building. Conveniently, there are bus stops and a Metro station just a short 5-minute walk away. The apartment itself consists of a spacious main room, a comfortable bedroom, a functional kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washing machine. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the main room, offering extra sleeping space if needed. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place and had a pleasant experience.

Points positifs : Location was super it has great conections to metro and RER-train, the rooms were clean in one word great for the money.
