Points positifs : L'emplacement était super, nous étions au centre de pratiquement tout, il y'a eu un petit souci d'ouverture de porte mais une intervention très rapide à été effectuée, quartier très calme, nous avons été enchanté, génial

Fantastic location and apartment.
Points positifs : The property was designed beautifully and kept very clean. Soft mattresses and pillows.
Points négatifs : Pictures make the property seem a lot better. Also only one key is provided. I would recommend providing two for big groups.

Excellent location - would stay again, but be aware of issues with noise & bathrooms before booking
Points positifs : The location is really excellent - very central and close to lots of Metro/Train stops. Lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby too. This does mean the street outside the apartment is fairly noisy until around 11pm, but we expected this when making the booking. The kitchen & living space was very nicely decorated, and bathrooms were of good quality with good water pressure. Air conditioning was really effective throughout the apartment. Instructions for collecting the keys and accessing the building were all really clear. The hosts have been very responsive on chat in the lead up & throughout our stay.
Points négatifs : Storage was an issue - space in the apartment is really tight. There was nowhere to put large suitcases out of the way and only one very small unit for hanging clothes in each room. The corridor & bathrooms are very tight - the corridor requires you to duck around a cupboard sticking out of the wall. Please also be aware there are two toilets in the apartment, however one of which is located in a bedroom en-suite. Depending on the make-up of your group, this may / may not be an issue. The shower in that en-suite is also totally open to the room (I.e not ideal for people staying in that room who aren’t a couple), so again just one to keep in mind. We got a text at 10:15pm on our first night to say we were being too loud for our neighbours, this was frustrating as it was simply the sound of 8 adults eating dinner & tidying up after. The TV wasn’t even on! This did put a dampener on the rest of our stay, as we were incredibly conscious there were clearly some fairly hostile people in the building around us. It was also a little ironic given the noticeable noises from the apartments above us and the street itself, both at that time and throughout our stay.

Comfortable well equipped apartment for a short stay with friends.
Points positifs : Good,quiet location, close to Metro and plenty of restaurants.
Points négatifs : Toilet very small, bathrooms small but just about ok.

Crowded for 8 people but good in the end.
Points positifs : It was centrally located, close to everything we want to see in Paris this time. Lots of restaurants,cafes, and shops of all kind in the area.
Points négatifs : Too small spaces, specially bathrooms; smaller than most I have stayed in Europe. It has a weird design, with a long hall and glass walls on two of the bedrooms.

Points positifs : Dejlig levende beliggenhed og masser at opleve tæt på. Fin plads og gode lydtætte vinduer.
Points négatifs : Lidt hårde senge og hovedpuder, men det er jo en smagssag.

Comfy stay in great location.
Points positifs : Great location! Close to the city lockers where we stored our luggage (we arrived way before check in), easy walk to the Louvre, to Notre Dame, and to the hop on/off boat that we took to the Eiffel Tower. Great neighborhood close to shops and food.
Points négatifs : The bed pillows were not the most comfy but the decorative pillows worked great. So minor though; the place was great.
