Points positifs : Cela était ma première fois chez un particulier, la propriétaire est gentille, bienveillante, et arrogante. Je recommande fortement, je reviendrais avec plaisir !

J'y retourne à chaque fois que j'ai besoin dans ce secteur géographique.
Points positifs : Logement spacieux, très agréable, bien équipé. La propriétaire était là pour m'accueillir, c'est une dame charmante. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi.

Un très bel appartement entrenu avec soin par un hôte très accueillant.
Points positifs : J’ai particulièrement aimé le confort et les équipements offerts par cet appartement.
Points négatifs : La sonorisation. Les murs de l’immeuble sont fins mais ça n’a pas entravé la qualité de mon séjour.

Merveilleux séjour
Points positifs : Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ! L'appartement est magnifique, parfaitement aménagé et d'une grande convivialité. Ma femme a adoré chaque détail, et l'atmosphère cosy nous a immédiatement charmés. La propriété est dans un environnement paisible, propice à la détente. L'accueil de l'hôte a été exceptionnel, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons sans hésiter !

Top appartement, lumineux et calme
Points positifs : idéalement placé, proche des commerces et métro ligne 10. cet appartement se situe dans une résidence sécurisée avec un parc. il est très lumineux avec une belle terrasse pour profiter du soleil. une bibliothèque est à votre disposition🤩 la cuisine de petite taille est très fonctionnelle. vous apprécierez aussi l' accueil souriant Hélène qui saura vous renseigner sur vos demandes.

Excellent apartment a great place to stay.
Points positifs : Very accessible location near the Boulogne Pont de Saint-Cloud metro station allowed us to get around the city. Internal fittings were lovely, very comfortable bed, great cooking space, everything we needed for a longer stay. Also very quiet. Importantly at the time of year we were visiting it was also warm.
Points négatifs : I have no complaints.

Very good choice if you are looking for an apartment
Points positifs : The location is excellent - close to the metro station (line 10) and two supermarkets within walking distance. The owner is welcoming and responsive - she met me herself, which was a pleasure. The apartment provides everything you need to cook for yourself: all kitchen appliances, a big fridge and a coffee machine. Large windows in the rooms, a comfortable bed. Good wifi speed. Enough space for two people, whether you are visiting the city as a tourist or on a business trip.
Points négatifs : There is nothing to complain about, considering all the benefits.

Points positifs : la host molto accogliente e allegra, la camera da letto e il soggiorno sono molto spaziosi e accoglienti, si trova vicino al capolinea della metro e vicino ad una fermata dei bus, questo è molto comodo
Points négatifs : potrebbe essere pulita meglio, anche le stoviglie dato che le mette a disposizione. Il balcone è molto carino ma anche questo andrebbe valorizzato meglio, poiché è spazioso ma sporco. Una televisione in salotto o in camera da letto non sarebbe male, però tutto sommato è un buon appartamento

Fantastic apartment in perfect location
Points positifs : Super spacious apartment, very comfortable, relaxing, clean, secure and with good facilities - you could cook a meal if you wanted to. Fantastic large sunny balcony too. Lovely friendly host, Helene. Great location, close to good bars, restaurants, shops, Parc des Princes, and the metro, to explore Paris further, and in a very safe neighborhood. Fantastic value for money too!!
