Bright small studio Paris Saint Ouen

Parfait pour visiter Paris et juste un pied à terre pour se reposer et dormir

Points positifs : Petit mais bien agencé , très calme et proche de tout service( bus, métro, supermarché, bar, restaurant). Nous sommes venu 5 jours pour visiter Paris et l’endroit était parfait pour pouvoir se déplacer. Le propriétaire réactif au question et sympathique.

Points positifs : Propreté et décoration avec goût Praticité et bien équipé Proximité du métro, des commerces et situé dans un quartier agréable Échanges avec une hôte très disponible

Points positifs : Rien à redire tout est nickel j’étais déjà venu il y a quelques temps et il a eu quelques rénovations qui rajoute un plus . Parfait séjour

Points positifs : Great location. Near metro line 14, which is the main line in Paris. Proximity to Franprix (grocery store) is super convenient. Added bonus is the restaurant Bouillon Thierry Marx, great French cuisine at a reasonable price. The apartment is functional, clean and well maintained. Great place to stay to visit Paris!

Points négatifs : It's a little small, but not a problem as long as you know about it before booking. Perfect size for a solo traveler or a couple who wish to explore Paris.

Points positifs : Despite it was a small studio, it had everything inside you need. It had extra toilet paper which was useful for a week. The owner was very helpful, friendly and communicative. It is a small place but 2 people can stay there definitely. Sofa bed was flexible so you could turn it into a huge bed and it would make a bit less walkable area but it was not a big deal :) It had TV which was fun! very close to the local restaurants(which were cheaper than the ones in center) and Metro station. So, Everything was good!

Points positifs : It had lot of accessories even though it is super small space and everything was working properly. Host was avalaible all the time as well as messaging us regularly to check up and offer assistance and guide.

Points négatifs : We found some hairs among the sheets and around the studio, but it wasnt disturbing much as we are not very demanding on this type of things, but it could be not pleasant for people who really dont like that type of things.

Nice stay in Paris

Points positifs : The apartment is clean, warm, everything is there (kettle, microwave, fridge). Wifi connection is good. The room is rather small, but it is OK for one person for couple of nights. The underground station is close with couple of cafes nearby. Communication with the host is perfect.

Nice but too small

Points positifs : The apartment was clean and the location was perfect. Also, the communication with the owner was very nice.

Points négatifs : The apartment is too small, you can barely walk there, especially when the bed is done, not so comfortable for two people.

A nice studio, clean and in a good location for public transport.

Points positifs : The cleanliness and also the location ( near metro station, shops and local restaurants).

Perfect tiny house

Points positifs : The apartment is small as it seems, but it has everything you need and is new and clean. If you adjust your expectations accordingly, you won't have any problems. The location is very close to the metro and markets. Transportation is very convenient. The host was very helpful in everything. I thank her very much.
