Points positifs : Appartement pratique et confortable. Situé pas loin des lignes de métro.

Points positifs : We love our time spent there.The keynest is one metro station far away and for first time travelers it must to be difficult but we figure out somehow. Everything was clean,aparament was confortabile and modern. Metro starion Garibalgi was close We will stay there again for sure.

Points positifs : Apartment exactly as expected. good quality and clean. good beds, very quiet. very close to metro station with supermarket and other services close by.

Points négatifs : I had no problems, but Saint Ouen is not a noble area, it's an immigration residencial area, a bit degraded and not very clean. At night the street lights often were not working, which raised some concerns when arriving late from the metro to the apartment.

Perfect apartment

Points positifs : The apartment is perfect. Very spacious and beautiful with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Large terrace with a beautiful view. Very good value for money. We are very satisfied. It's located near the metro station, and it's a 15-20 minute ride to the city center.

Points positifs : The property is well positioned with easy access to Paris, it is a quiet place. The apartment offers the necessary comfort for what is needed, it is prepared with everything you need, it is clean and bright. Even though we were away all the time during the day, we felt very comfortable there. I recommend!

Clould be budget gem with better maintenance

Points positifs : Price, size, a short walk away from metro station, facilities, beds, kitchen, communication, overall package, low noise by neighbours, playground is close for toddlers, market is nearby, overall feel of safety (better than expected), nice styling (my guess is that it was owned by a woman / cat lover)

Points négatifs : Next keynest to receive / leave the key is managable (we used Bolt), but a bit off / troublesome if you have heavy package Apartment had minor issues only; A) The cleaning after the previous guest was not thorough (some dust / debris on the floor of the bedroom): there was a vacuum cleaner, we've done it. B) We were 3, but the double bed was only made and sheets / blankets / towels etc. not prepared (had to ask / look for the extra in the apartment). C) There were issues with some of the lights (flickering).

Points positifs : Very good size, clean and very good amenities available. Perfect for a short stay, everything you need to be independent. Super close to the supermarket.

Points négatifs : A bit far from the city centre. Local neighbourhood didn’t feel attracting to visit and walk around at all.

For the price, it was a good place to stay in. We were happy to be there.

Points positifs : I liked that they had everything we needed in the room. They were also very helpful with questions. There's 2 groceries next to the building. It's also very close to restaurants and a Mcdonald's. The area is not so expensive.

Points négatifs : The place has no AC but they provided fans. It was cool in the evening. Also there's some distance from the city center. You have to take a train and the station is just around 250 m from the place.

A little flat in Paris

Points positifs : Nice and clean flat. The view from the windows is amazing. Metro was 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Points négatifs : The sofa bed isn't comfortable at all. In corridor the light flickers when turned off.

Points positifs : È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo appartamento e lo sceglieremo altre mille volte. Cosa ci piace? Tutto l'appartamento è grande, ben fornito, pulito, ha una bella terrazza panoramica... Questa volta abbiamo avuto un problema con internet, non c'era il segnale nella zona, e lo hanno subito risolto fornendoci un'altra SIM. Poi ci piacciono i servizi della zona Lidl attaccato al portone, la farmacia... e la fermata della metro a 100 m.

Points négatifs : La porta di casa si chiude solo con la chiave da dentro e che non hanno la case-box per prendere le chiavi ma bisogna andare a prenderle in un negozio alla fermata prima della metro però hanno migliorato la volta scorsa bisognava prenderle addirittura in un negozio su una linea di metro diversa quindi per prendere le chiavi dovevi prendere due metro... C'è la tenda in camera da letto da sistemare e manca il tagliere in cucina... La zona non è molto bella come ambiente ma a noi non hanno mai importunato.
