Marché aux Puces de Saint-Ouen

Super appartement lors d'un citytrip!

Points positifs : Super appartement confortable pour 3 adultes. Propriétaire disponible et prévenant. A 2 pas du marché aux puces et des transports qui nous emmène rapidement dans le centre. Équipement basique disponible sur place pour passer un bon séjour. Un carnet de bord et une petite attention nous attendait à notre arrivée. En résumé, chouette point de chute pour nous reposer après une journée de visite, idéal pour un citytrip à Paris.

Points négatifs : La douche pourrait être révisée, la porte est compliquée à ouvrir mais ne retire en rien à se fonctionnalité!

Points positifs : Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très confortable et très bien situé. Endroit calme. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Lovely stay in Paris

Points négatifs : No airconditioning (typical in Paris studios) The neighbourhood is a bit dangerous and loudly

The place worth to stay

Points positifs : The orderliness, cleanliness and the completeness of the things you need for your stay are there.

Very nice place, either for work or vacations, one or two people

Points positifs : Information was clear, pictures were matching reality, nice clean flat - both neutral and homy - to rest after a long day of going around, convenient for public or private transportation & very available host if needed.

Points négatifs : Travel light: no lift/elevator to the second floor where the flat is - very Parisian ;-)

Points positifs : Compared to other properties in Paris, this one is relatively affordable. The location is good, but metro line 4 that stops near the apartment did not work while we were there, we needed a bit more time to reach the sightseeing locations. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a parking garage 5 minutes away on foot, that's accessed through an app (don't get scared by the explanations you will receive about how to enter/exit) and included in the price. The apartment is spacious, has a washing machine. The host is very nice and responsive.

Points négatifs : I do not recommend staying in this street if you are a solo travelling woman, it's a bit shady. It's also very loud, inside and outside the building, and you have to keep windows open if you want some air, sleeping is impossible without ear plugs. There is no air conditioning (as I guess in most places in Paris), it was really hot inside. The apartment could use a new bed with a good mattress. For some reason we only got 1 face towel.

Points négatifs : The apartment is good, but the kitchen could use a cleaning. The apartment has everything for life, but some accessories are broken and have chips. Also very thin walls, you can hear people walking near you floor
