Points positifs : La taille de la chambre et la sobriété du décor néanmoins élégant et classique. Une personnel sympathique et accueillant

Points négatifs : Un 5 étoiles dont le room service s'arrête à 23h00. Un manque d'expérience notamment de la part de la conciergerie ( mais toujours très aimable et souriante)(

Points positifs : Emplacement central, Bon accueil, très bien pour un week-end

Points positifs : Stylish, its location, balconies , general layout of the apartment…. and furnishings. Mini kitchen a real bonus. Excellent reception staff and salon for drinks, tea and cake.

Great Location, luxurious and perfect for a Paris getaway !

Points positifs : Location was fantastic close to the louvre, many cafes and restaurants and the shopping areas. The room was very comfortable and an excellent size bigger than most we have stayed in. We loved the rooms styling and felt very welcome and safe at the hotel especially since you needed your room card to enter the hotel which we thought was a great touch for a small boutique hotel.

Points négatifs : The only thing we found that could have been better was that the tv was small and we could only find french speaking channels but apart from that we couldn't fault the hotel.

Nice location, but service not the best

Points positifs : The location of the hotel was great, particularly for visiting the Louvre or general central Paris tourism. The room was also a great size, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Points négatifs : I didn't find the staff very helpful. We arrived before check-in time, and our room wasn't ready (which is fine), but I had to ask if we could store our bags, which they seemed to find a major inconvenience. There's also a waitress at breakfast who doesn't offer any help at all (or say anything), her main job seems to be to make sure anyone who has breakfast signs a slip to confirm it so they can add it to your bill. Other than that, she just stands around silently staring at you while you eat, which was both a bit weird and quite off-putting! Other than breakfast, which was OK but not a lot of choice if you don't like cheese, the hotel doesn't offer any food or drink service at all, so you have to venture out on to the square nearby to eat.

Lovely stay at La Clef!

Points positifs : Location is perfect! The suite is lovely, it has a nice space to work.

This was our second visit to Paris’s and second stay at La Clef Louvre. A perfect match!

Points positifs : Very stylish accommodation and perfectly located to appreciate all the sights Paris has to offer. The staff were very friendly extremely helpful.

Points négatifs : We had a few challenges with the air conditioning controls in the room which were addressed quickly.
