Points positifs : Incredibly polite, friendly and helpful members of staff. Beautiful interior design and very comfortable bed. Good gym but with very unusual equipment which takes a few minutes to work out that the air based weight system equates to actual Kgs in the machines - a sign explaining would be useful

Points négatifs : Controlling the TV with the IPad was very glitchy. I’d add back up remote controls Hair conditioner is incredibly greasy - it’s like body lotion (I did check I put the right one on afterward)

Points positifs : It was our first stay at the Bulgari Hotel. First of all, all the staff were very polite, everyone was very attentive. We had breakfast at the hotel on the last day. It was really nice. The hotel room size was nice and everything was really stylish and of very high quality. And location very good. We had only one problem, there was a bad smell in the room. But the staff tried to solve it by taking care of us. In short, I recommend this place. I don't remember the names of all the staff at the reception, but I thank everyone for their smiling faces. I thank Camille in guest manager. She took special care for our satisfaction. ☃️♥️
