Points positifs : Nous avons rencontré un dysfonctionnement avec notre climatisation et l'équipe Villeroy s'est chargé très rapidement de régler le soucis, nous offrant une bouteille pour s'excuser. Nous avons grandement apprécié ce geste. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé et décoré avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

A super stay, with amazing staff, amenities and location!

Points positifs : Everything. This is our second stay at Maison Villeroy and it was as brilliant as the first. The service is second to none and the staff so welcoming. It’s beautifully decorated and supremely comfortable. Situated right in the heart of the shopping district within a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! It’s perfect for getting around easily by foot or public transport. They also went the extra mile as it was my birthday whilst staying. Thank you so much everyone, and Paul, part of the butler team who looked after us - you’re wonderful and we cannot wait to see you again soon!

Exquisite private boutique hotel with emphasis on luxury & privacy.

Points positifs : This is an outstanding boutique hotel with (I think) 16 rooms, very obliging staff, and a Michelin-star quality restaurant. The emphasis is on privacy. Our suite had inner & outer doors, the front door of the hotel is locked at all times, you wouldn't know there was a hotel there unless you looked carefully. You can have 1h private use of the sauna, steam room & jacuzzi per day.

Points positifs : great location, nice building and facilities, lovely staff who were all attentive, welcoming and warm. every staff interaction was positive and a reflection of top service. wonderful to have the convenience of contacting the concierge via Whatsapp for various requests.

Points négatifs : the room service selection was shockingly poor, especially for a hotel at this price point and star level; the pizza and the fries were awful - lacking all the elements that most people love about pizza and fries.
