Chambre cosy et calme, proche des Champs-Élysées, avec tout le confort et un accueil chaleureux.

Points positifs : Séjour de deux nuits très agréable. Chambre spacieuse avec kitchenette et frigo fourni en eau plate et pétillante. Très calme, propre, chauffage et climatisation autonomes. Personnel accueillant et bienveillant, lieu sécurisé avec ascenseur. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Emplacement idéal : à 5 min à pied des Champs-Élysées. J’y retournerai sans hésiter !

Points négatifs : Pas de parking sur place, mais le parking Claridge à 5 min à pied est pratique et abordable.

Points positifs : J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal et le style de l’établissement, ainsi que celui de la chambre, est très parisien chic. La salle de bain et la douche sont superbes, et la cuisine, parfaitement équipée, offre tout le confort nécessaire. Une très belle expérience, je recommande !

Points positifs : L'hôtel a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Très bel hôtel, très propre et le personnel était très sympathique! La chambre était également bien équipée pour rendre le séjour agréable (machine à café, etc.).

Points négatifs : Nous avons eu la chance de trouver une place de parking devant l'hôtel, mais cela n'était pas évident. L'hôtel n'y est pour rien, c'est plutôt un problème propre à Paris.

Points positifs : I would like to leave a heartfelt thank-you and a detailed review. The apartments are incredibly beautiful and welcoming — every detail has clearly been thought through with care. Despite having the wonderful city of Paris right outside the window, I often found myself not wanting to leave the space at all. The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily housekeeping and everything provided for a truly comfortable stay. It felt safe, private, and exceptionally well managed. The 24-hour reception and the genuinely kind, attentive staff made the experience even more special — the level of service is on par with five-star hotels. At this price point in Paris, one usually expects a tiny room with little space — but here you receive generosity of space, comfort, and privacy. I am absolutely delighted with my stay and already miss these apartments. I will most certainly return again.

Points positifs : The apartment is beautiful and has a great location. It has all the services: a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee machine, and some utensils. The air conditioning is excellent, and the decor and furniture are luxurious, elegant, and modern. All the hotel staff are very helpful and cooperative. I will repeat my visit to them on my next visits to France.

Points positifs : My room was so clean and all what I need was there. Hotel staffs were/are very polite and kind. It is my favourite hotel in Paris now and I'd like to come back again for sure.

Points positifs : Super stylish. All details highest quality. Superbe bed. Bathroom amazing. It is expensive but you can see that they have refurbished the entire building with so much love and attention for detail. I would always stay with Highstay - it is the same price for a hotel but significant more space and privacy!
