Points positifs : L'accueil était chaleureux, la chambre très bien décorée avec une vue magnifique. L'emplacement est idéal, proche des principales attractions de Paris. La piscine est un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Un séjour très agréable que nous recommandons vivement !

Points négatifs : Honnêtement, nous n’avons rien à reprocher à l’hôtel. Tout était parfait et correspondait à nos attentes. Aucun point négatif à signaler.

Séjour exceptionnel au pied de la Tour Eiffel

Points positifs : Excellent hôtel, l’emplacement est idéal à quelques mètres de la Tour Eiffel. Le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité avec des viennoiseries fraîche. Nous avons pu profiter du restaurant de l’hôtel hokusai très bonne expérience. Le spa avec sa piscine intérieur et un grand plus.

Points positifs : We arrived early at the hotel and Sebastian was at reception. He was very attentive and suggested places to go highlighting them in a map. It was my daughter's 18th birthday and he arranged for a surprise bottle of wine and some macaroons and cakes to be brought up to the room in the evening. When we came back from visiting the Eiffel Tower, Sergio showed us to our room and he could not have been more helpful and friendly. Sergio arranged for a taxi to pick us up later that day. The next morning when checking out, Stephane and Sultan assisted us and offered to keep our bags until after we had visited other sites and were ready to depart towards the airport. When we arrived back to the hotel to collect our bags, we were helped by Omran who was very kind and helpful. The room was amazing! We had a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return. Apart from the view from the room, the staff at the hotel made our stay very special.

Comfortable convenient and very welcoming

Points positifs : We loved Kahina!! She was amazing. From her initial welcome to the very end, she was attentive and helpful. Though working on her own at the desk, and being extremely overwhelmed with other arriving guests and departing ones, she still managed to make us feel special and attend to our needs. Even to the point of getting our luggage personally and taking it to our taxi on our departure. Thankyou Kahina!! If we ever come back it will be because of her and the location of the hotel. What a gem!!

Excellent Views & Luxurious Boutique Hotel - On Expensive Side

Points positifs : - Views of the room that are seeing the Eiffel Tower directly / Eiffel View suite (even better if you also get the room with the balcony on the 2nd floor). - Super spacious room that is cleverly designed with space for your suitcase and hide the clutter (Eiffel View Suite). - Large room with useful features & lots of space to hang clothes, electronic outlets, everything you would need etc. - Fast, attentive & respectful staff (we had couple issues and they were resolved quickly). - Exquisite rooms with elegant decor. - Super comfortable, large, high bed + bathrobes and fluffy slippers to make you feel at a spa. - Super delicious breakfast with multiple options, served in room and actually good value. - Actually strong, real hairdryer (important for long hair).

Points négatifs : - Temperature is not adjustable in rooms (air conditioning works but set centrally at a very cold temp). We had to turn it off and sleep with windows open in order not to freeze cause it kept getting very cold. Staff couldn't fix it. - When we checked in, there was stuff & food left over from the previous guests with their names on them, so room wasn't actually fully cleaned, but they made up for this mishap. - A bit of an overkill for the price.
