Perfect for a weekend!
Points positifs : The location is perfect! In 10 mins you reach the Eiffel Tower and other monuments; the area is full of restaurants, bars and markets/supermarkets. There are two metro lines closeby and it's very easy to reach the Orly airport by metro. The neighborhood is very safe and I would recommend this apartment to a solo female traveller :) The owner is very nice, always available and reachable by phone if you need any help! I really appreciated that, thanks Didier! Regarding the stairs, the apartment is located on the fourth floor with no elevator. I was alone and it was a good excercise honestly so I dind't mind; but it's a spiral staircase and a bit narrow.
Points négatifs : The cleanliness of the room was not ideal; I found some hair in the bathroom, on the ground and in the shower. Apart from that, all good :)

Lovely stay in Paris
Points positifs : The room was clean and lovely, the location was absolutely perfect. The host couldn’t have been more accomodating, and was so lovely.

Very Good!
Points positifs : Very near to the centre, clean, the host is very nice and always available. Bed was very comfy and bathroom was small but efficient.
Points négatifs : You have to go to the fourth floor with no elevators, typical of paris but you should know if you have problems to do stairs.

Amazing location
Points positifs : Location is fantastic, 10 min walk from the Eiffel tower and in the heart of restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc
Points négatifs : I only have one small feedback and a small fridge is needed It was 36 degrees and we needed to keep water cool

Points positifs : Прекрасное местоположение, до Эйфелевой башни минут 10 ходьбы, до Лувра 40 минут пешком (можно добраться на автобусе) за углом есть улица с кафе для завтрака. Квартира чистая, маленькая, фото соответствуют действительности. Из окна действительно видно верхушку башни.
Points négatifs : Ох уж эта лестница 😂, будьте готовы подниматься по ней, лифта там нет. И были небольшие проблемы с дверью (сложно физически ее открыть и закрыть) В остальном все замечательно.

Points positifs : Sehr netter Besitzer, hat uns auch beim Gepäck geholfen. Die Lage war fantastisch und das Bett sehr bequem, das Bad großzügig.
