Points positifs : Une chambre impeccable avec toutes les commodités, un hôte avenant, prévenant et discret. Nous avons pu profiter de ses multiples et utiles recommandations. Un petit déjeuner copieux avec chaque jour une viennoiserie surprise et locale à déguster. Le charme tout parisien du quartier.

Points négatifs : Il n’y a sincèrement rien à changer.

Là, tout n’est qu’ordre et beauté, Luxe, calme et volupté.

Points positifs : C'est un lieu enchanteur, si beau qu'on voudrait le garder secret... Un appartement somptueusement décoré, un petit-déjeuner digne des plus fins gourmets, et un hôte d'une rare gentillesse. Chaque instant passé ici frôle la perfection. J'y reviendrai dès que l'occasion se présentera.

A beautiful home in the perfect location that made my first Paris trip unforgettable.

Points positifs : absolutely fell in love with this home and with Paris. As a first-time traveler to the city, I had no idea where to stay, but the location turned out to be spectacular. I was able to walk everywhere, from shopping to so many of the major sights like the Louvre and Galeries Lafayette. I’ve never stayed in a setup like this before (I usually book hotels) but after reading the great reviews I decided to give it a try. In reality, it exceeded my expectations by far. Alexi was such a pleasure warm, kind, and thoughtful. The breakfasts were honestly a highlight for me: homemade jam and the most delicious pastries that made each morning feel really special. I would highly, highly recommend staying here and I cannot wait to come back.

Points positifs : It was a wonderful stay . Highlights: A very carefully prepared and delicious breakfast. The baguette is irresistible. Very cozy room – spacious by Paris standards. Very clean. Beautiful interior – you can feel the Parisian flair and influence in everything. It is definitely recommended. Alexis is very helpful, and communication is excellent, also in English.

Fantastic room in a personal apartment!

Points positifs : A fantastic apartment located in the 10th arrondissement in central Paris. Alexis is a perfect host who leaves you alone but is also good at giving tips on what to see and do and booking good restaurants. The breakfast was very good with yogurt, juice. fresh fruit, coffee and pastries.

Memorable staying experience in the center of Paris city.

Points positifs : Comfortable sleep in the room nicely decorated with classical furniture, new bed, and renovated bathroom. Wonderful breakfast with fresh bread, homemade preserved, honey, fruits served in authentic tableware. Personal and friendly trip assistance from the owner was very helpful.

Beautifully furnished and elegant apartment with wonderful hosts.

Points positifs : Simply put, we would never stay anywhere else in Paris. Our hosts were kind, helpful, informative and made our stay so enjoyable. The entire apartment is beautifully furnished and feels like you are staying in a piece of Parisian history. Everything is a comfortable walking distance away and the great restaurants our hosts recommended were on the doorstep for when we felt too lazy to go further. The breakfast is incredible and you will find it difficult to leave the table and go outside!
