Points positifs : La maison est grande et confortable . Quartier très agréable et central.

Points négatifs : Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine mais rien d essentiel

Excellent Group Accommodation

Points positifs : The accommodation was amazing! Spacious, modern and fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen was fully loaded with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, bowls etc etc. The washing machine was great to have, the bedrooms were very spacious and well decorated and the bathrooms were exceptional! The males loved the table tennis table and my 3 year old grandchild loved the climbing frame downstairs. Was a great location near supermarkets, lovely food places and close to the train.

Points négatifs : Just a suggestion that an additional clothes drying rack would have been welcomed. Also the room downstairs had a musty smell that you could smell from the top of the stairs. A toilet downstairs would have been great as climbing the first flight of stairs to get to a toilet was sometimes a task. Nothing .major and didnt interfere with our stay at all.

Points positifs : The beds were very comfortable, the house was spacious, and the kitchen was excellent and well equipped.

Points négatifs : We came in November, when it was unusually cold and snowing, and it took about three days for the house to heat up. The radiators in the bathroom didn’t work, so it was freezing cold whenever we needed to go in. We messaged Sweet, but they weren’t able to send anyone to fix the radiators or provide a portable heater, and we ended up rearranging our holiday plans around an anticipated visit that never happened, which disrupted one of our three days of travel. This was particularly challenging as we were travelling with elderly family members with arthritis, who find damp and cold very difficult

Excellent property for a large family looking for a great flat and responsive management team.

Points positifs : Really nice apartment, well stocked up with essentials for a family of 10. Very responsive team, we had 2 minor issues during our 5 day stay which they responded to very promptly. One of those turned out to be my fault but they didn’t say anything, just solved it. Location is excellent to get everywhere in Paris and the beds were super comfortable. Showers had excellent water pressure. We even got Nespresso pods which was a nice touch. We had an excellent time at the sweet inn and plan to stay there again when we come back to Paris. The games room/gym was really nice, spent many hours with my nephew and niece playing table tennis, really great addition to a wonderful flat.

Points négatifs : Only things that could improve: 1. Check in: person sent to check us in probably didn’t know the flat well. 2. I got lots of insect bites cos I opened the windows, maybe nets. 3. Drains top floor give off odours which are not pleasant. Apparently this can be normal in Paris. Nothing some air freshener and shutting the toilet door can’t solve.

Points positifs : Very spacious and good value, located steps from Rue Montorgueil's cafés and top restaurants, there are ping pong table facilities and a simple gym in the basement

Points négatifs : A total of 4 floors of apartments, the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, but there are no bathrooms in the basement and ground floor, besides there is no elevator so you have to lift your suitcases to the upper floor
