Un séjour agréable et surtout pas cher!

Points positifs : Très bel accueil de Laurent avec petit déjeuner surprise … nous avions tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. Grand merci … nous reviendrons avec plaisir ☺️

Points négatifs : Les lits étaient confortables, les bonbons, boissons et petits déjeuners surprises .. sans oublier que c est un très bel emplacement, au centre de tout!

Excellent séjour dans un appartement cocooning, à recommander vivement

Points positifs : L emplacement de cet appartement est très bien situé, très propre et très agréable ; l hôte et le co-hôte sont exceptionnels, remplis de gentillesse, réactifs, avec une très bonne communication. Nous tenons à remercier à nouveau et de tout cœur Madame Jouin pour son attention particulière envers notre petite fille, très rare de nos jours.

Points négatifs : Rien à dire, tout est parfait

Rare 2bedroom gem in great neighbourhood

Points positifs : Excellent location! One of the very few places you can find in central Paris , in a good neighbourhood, with 2 real separate rooms and beds (not sofa bed in a living room) when you travel more than 2 people and you don’t want to pay an arm and a leg ! Laurent was very kind and welcoming, he made us feel very comfortable, very smooth checkin and had the chance to enjoy a late checkout. Everything you need is available in the little fridge and the coffee corner. Warm water always available for the shower. Clean sheets and towels,sippers available for all guests, many little things to eat and drink if needed, several bathroom products available, very, well thought ! Several metro stations are just a few min away, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and bakeries everywhere around, the beautiful Rue des martyrs that leads up to Montmartre is just a few minutes away , loved the place, can’t recommend enough :)

Points négatifs : As all apartments in Paris , there’s a lack of sound insulation, but that has nothing to do with the host, when you come to Paris you need to be aware that all buildings in the center are old, they have small spaces and you just need to go w the flow :)

Points positifs : Nice, clean rooms. Good equipment. Many sweets for taste free of charge

Posizione centrale

Points positifs : Posizione davvero perfetta. Zona centrale e servita benissimo, ma via tranquilla e sicura. Tutti i servizi a disposizione praticamente sotto casa. La persona che ci ha accolto è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile. Si nota la cura nel cercare di rendere confortevole l’ambiente. Disponibili cibo e bevande in abbondanza e macchina del caffè. Prodotti per il bagno e tv in entrambe le stanze. Ci sono anche caminetti elettrici che fanno luci colorate d’atmosfera. Pulizia dignitosa.

Points négatifs : Il soffitto è davvero molto basso e il bagno piccolissimo ha reso difficile usare sanitari e doccia a mio marito che è 1,80. Il lavandino è grande come una mano. La struttura non è adatta a persone molto alte o molto “larghe”. Il palazzo è antico e le scale e le strutture sono di legno, quindi è rumoroso quando qualcuno fa le scale.

Points positifs : Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια, καθώς το Διαμέρισμα είναι κοντά στα πάντα. Σταθμός μετρό απείχε λιγότερο από 50 μέτρα. Πολύ κοντά η Όπερα Garnier, οι Galeries Lafayette. Το κατάλυμα είναι στον 1ο όροφο και δε χρειάζεται να ανεβαίνεις πολλά σκαλιά με τις βαριές αποσκευές.

Points négatifs : Το μπάνιο είναι πολύ μικρό και κυριολεκτικά πρέπει να κάνεις μανούβρες για τη χρήση του.

Recomendable

Points positifs : Súper limpia, cómoda y muy cerca de los medios de transporte. Muy completo, tuvo el detalle de dejarnos desde artículos de higiene personal y limpieza, hasta golosinas, desayuno y bebidas. Super bien predispuesto Lauren, nos permitió ingresar antes del horario que correspondía, excelente hospedaje. Muy recomendable.

Points négatifs : Todo fue excelente.

Piso pequeño con ubicacion excelente

Points positifs : La ubicacion es excelente, a menos de 1 km de la Opera Garnier. Metro a 100 metros. Laurent es muy atento y amable. Departamento muy equipado, y muchos snacks disponibles gratuitamente

Points négatifs : El piso es pequeño, y un poco incomodo cuando hay muchas personas moviendose. 2 camas amplias pero poco espacio libre en las habitaciones. Baño muy pequeño, y la ducha es baja para personas de gran altura (mido 1.95m)

Points positifs : Всё было на высшем уровне: отличное местоположение, вежливый персонал и комфортная квартира.
