Appartement proche de la Tour Eiffel

Très bel emplacement, un peu passé date.

Points positifs : Emplacement avec épicerie et restaurants à proximité. Vue sur la Tour Eiffel impressionnante.

Points négatifs : Pas d’air climatisé ni de stores fonctionnels au salon/salle à manger durant une semaine de 30 degrés et plus. Vaisselle nombreuse mais souvent sale. Pas de capsule pour le lave-vaisselle. Divans très usés.

Paris chic et calme vue sur Bravo Gustave !

Points positifs : l'emplacement est au top. l'appartement est confortable cuisine bien équipée la vue sur la tour Eiffel vaut le déplacement David est au petits soins. immeuble totalement sécurisé.

Points négatifs : meubles un peu vintages mais bon c'est pas gênant !

Points positifs : The location was close to metro and places to visit. It was a secure apartment and area was quiet.

Points négatifs : When we were there it was hot. It would have been great to have had shades on the windows on the west side to keep the heat/sun out. Maybe another fan for each bedroom.

Beautiful apartment close to Eiffel Tower

Points positifs : Great apartment close to Eiffel Tower and easy to get around the city. Lots of local restaurants and bars close by. Chilled area. Lovely apartment well furnished and clean with great views of the tower especially at night. Wonderful!

Points négatifs : Nothing it was perfect!

Points positifs : The Apartment was very comfortable, homely and warm. We felt extremely safe as the security was excellent. The accommodation was spotless and the beds really comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances and equipment that you would ever need. The view was fabulous and to be able to see the Eiffel tower from our windows was magical, especially at night when it twinkles on the hour. The location could not have been better. A short walk to the metro, a supermarket and restaurants. The communication with our host was also very easy on WhatsApp.

Points positifs : This is one of the best apartments we stayed in. Buon soggiorno per una famiglia in una zona tranquilla

Points positifs : Posizione ottima vicino alle principali stazioni metro, RER per raggiungere Versailles, bus e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Torre Effeil. Vicino all’appartamento c’è una buonissima boulangerie “La Duchesse” ed un supermercato Carrefour. Check-in rapido e anche in anticipo visto che noi ne avevamo necessità per i bagagli. Appartamento perfetto per 4 persone dotato di tutti i comfort anche per cucinare. Wi-fi ottimo. Un bellissimo contesto condominiale signorile e ben pulito. Vista della Torre Effeil dal salotto con grandi finestre.

Points négatifs : Un po datati i bagni e scomodo che ce ne siano due separati doccia/water. Al check-in l’appartamento era veramente freddo e abbiamo dovuto mettere i riscaldamenti al massimo. C’è un po di dispersione del calore. Comodo il letto matrimoniale ma un po meno comodi quelli della seconda stanzetta.

View of Eiffel Tower and walkable in 15-20 mins. Comfortable; a lot of space for the money.

Points positifs : Location is convenient, a lot of cafe's and shops in walking distance. Can see the Eiffel Tower out the window! Nice living room and kitchen with plenty of space. Some owner property including books, enough kitchenware for a banquet scattered around, added a nice homey ambience. Clothes washer and big kitchen were great, place is well decorated. Agent is helpful and responds quickly to texted questions.

Points positifs : Świetne miejsce, zdecydowanie powyżej naszych oczekiwań! Spędziliśmy tu 4 dni w Paryżu z rodziną i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Właściciel okazał się bardzo pomocny – mimo że standardowa godzina zameldowania to 16:00, udało nam się uzgodnić wcześniejsze zameldowanie o 12:00, co było dla nas dużym ułatwieniem. Lokalizacja jest doskonała – blisko najważniejszych atrakcji, a z okna rozpościera się piękny widok na wieżę Alfa. Idealne miejsce na rodzinny pobyt w Paryżu – zdecydowanie polecam!

Points positifs : This property had the perfect location, lots of security, walking distance to Eiffel Tower and is visible from balcony. We watched the Eiffel Tower sparkling every night at 10pm and 11pm which was so special and romantic. We played La Vie En Rose while we watched the light show. What a memorable trip we had. Staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, which made us feel at home.

Points négatifs : It’s next to a primary school which can get loud if the doors are open, but not too crazy.
