Points positifs : Spacieux et bien situé pour l olympia, restaurant a proximité.

Points négatifs : Appartement avec des courants d'air a la porte d'entrée, fenêtre que l'on ne peux pa fermé ermetiquement, ainsi que les porte de douche qu'il faudrais changé.

Points négatifs : The description of the property is a little misleading. It says ground floor but in reality the accommodation is spread over 3 floors. The facilities say private garage but the only available parking is a public car park that is totally separate and unrelated to the property and a short walk away

Wow what a find! Great spacious apartment located in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : This apartment is located in a very peaceful courtyard. For the price, it offers excellent value, spread over three floors with three generous sized bedrooms. Each room is very well presented and comfortable. The ground floor features a kitchen, dining area, and living room, complete with a sofa bed. There are also two bathrooms, with a shower located on the ground floor. The apartment location is ideal, with easy access to the metro and bus stops. A nearby supermarket, along with a variety of restaurants, bistros, and cafes. Merveil, the hosts, were excellent at promptly answering questions. They provided helpful videos on how to access the apartment and even instructions for using the TV! Their attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable.

Points négatifs : If I had to pick any faults it would be very minor things like no where to stack dishes once washed (a drying rack or tea towels would help), curtains could be better fitted in the kitchen/diner/living room space. We had to use a hair clip to hold them together. Other than this the apartment was great and I would book again!

Perfect for big groups

Points positifs : Beautiful property - in the heart of the city but being in a courtyard it is quiet and private. Immaculately clean and couldn’t fault the communication from the letting company. Everything went really smoothly. Property is over three floors, more of a house than an apartment.

Points négatifs : It was cold in the living room, meaning the person sleeping on the sofa bed struggled to sleep. Only one shower, but it never ran out of hot water so not really an issue.

Excellent 5 star Accommodation in centre of Paris

Points positifs : Very Clean 3 Floor Apartment 3 lovely bedroom access by stairs , close to city centre and metro station nearby 5 minute walk … good facilities .. include washing machine , , coffee machine ,they provide expansive good brand (Molton Brown) shower gel, hand wash and shampoo and .. very good heating system . Marveil staff very helpful and responsive.. well had a great stay and highly recommended this place .

Points positifs : Great location, very clean and spatious flat. It is situated in a very Parisian area.

Points négatifs : The online checking process was too slow, to many emails back and frw to check in all the guests, pay the deposit and city tax. Can be all in just one email.

Points positifs : Muy céntrico, fácil llegar a cualquier ubicación con transporte público. Muchos lugares donde comer.

Points négatifs : Al tener tantos pisos puede resultar algo incómodo

Points positifs : Prachtige appartement echt een aanrader, groot en super mooi super schoon ook, ligt een veilige plaats, gratis parking metro was 5 min wandelen van appartement dicht bij alles. het is een kwartier met metro van de Champ-elyse. zeker een aanrader
