A lovely appartement and pretty central for our needs.

Points positifs : It was clean and bright and had everything we needed.

Points négatifs : There was no microwave.

Good overall

Points positifs : The flat is clean, modern and well located. As others have said it's not a 90 sqm flat but I knew that before going so it's not an issue.

Points négatifs : The flat can be a bit noisy, hearing noise from the street. Also you can hear noise from the neighbours (especially if you sleep in the living room). This is because this flat is actually a part of what was originally a bigger flat that got split into multiple units, and the walls splitting the units are not very sound proofing. A microwave would have been nice (but note that there's an oven and pans to cook). The company that manages the flat is slow to reply via the Booking.com chat, and their answers were irrelevant to my questions. The boiler was broken when we arrived at the flat so there was no hot water. We informed the staff in the evening around 11pm and the boiler was changed by 3pm on the day after so this was good and quite fast. However I had to call the support many times to ensure that a technician comes to fix it and then to get news about the fix.

Points positifs : Gostei muito dos aparelhos eletrodomésticos,que facilitaram o nosso café da manhã, o aquecimento da casa e as roupas de cama e banho. Só faltou uma boa comunicação para termos acesso às chaves da casa. Achei que iria encontrar algum funcionário para nos receber.

Prima verblijf, maar te smalle bedden.

Points positifs : Het appartement ziet er netjes uit, zoals op de foto's. De woonkamer is vrij ruim (voor Parijs). De locatie is goed. Veel bezienswaardigheden liggen op een klein half uur lopen.

Points négatifs : De bedden zijn goed, maar erg klein (veel te smal). De slaapbank heeft een kuil. Verder misten wij haakjes om de handdoeken op te hangen. Voor 5 personen is er echt te weinig ruimte voor de handdoeken.
