Maison au calme pour 4 pers avec parking a 5 min du métro L7

Points positifs : Maison très propre, parfaitement aménagée. 2 SdB, 2 toilettes, cuisine équipée. Le tout cosy et propre. Parfait pour un séjour à 4 à proximité du métro. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Propriétaire joignable et sympathique.

Points positifs : Very cute and cozy place, we loved it. Great ubication close to metro station, restaurants and a super market. Facilites were great, the two baths, what a great idea !!! Good internet speed saved our work

Points négatifs : Small parking, we arrived in a SUV and was a little difficult to park inside the property, but we made it !!! Some of the blankets were dirty, a good clean of them may be sugested Under furniture cleaning will be algo suggested

Points négatifs : The space is small for a group of coworkers but great for a family of 4. The door and lokdorr is complicated at first.

Points positifs : The house is small but very comfortable and perfectly located - it took just 20-25 min to get to the city centre. Sitting in the garden was also charming. Parking in the garage in the yard was a bit challenging because our car is rather big but we managed after all :) And it's a rare opportunity to have free private parking while staying in Paris which is another big advantage of this property.

Points positifs : The location and the garden makes difference as the house is small but lovely. The shower is great; two showers with two water tanks. So plenty hot water for 4 of us. The host is fantastic. He replied messages very quickly and also gave us very clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

Points négatifs : Not much room in the bathrooms and bedrooms.

Points positifs : Very clean, nice location. Nice and safe (not fancy or rich) neighborhood. With lot of shops for daily usage. 2 toilets, 2 showers, small garden; parking place for not to wide and long car. Washing machine. Towels and bed linen very clean also. Good contact with landlord. I can definitely recommend this accommodation

Points positifs : „O alegere excelentă! Casa este situată într-un cartier foarte liniștit, perfect pentru odihnă, dar extrem de aproape de metrou. Curățenia a fost exemplară, iar faptul că am stat la curte a fost un plus. În zonă sunt multe magazine și restaurante fast-food foarte bune, deci ai tot ce îți trebuie la îndemână. Proprietarul a fost de nota 10, comunicativ și foarte săritor. Recomand cu drag!”

Very nice little house in a quiet neighbourhood

Points positifs : The communication with the lessor was excellent and very frank. We travelled with children by car and had in advance a lot of questions that were answered quickly and frankly. A few days before check-in and check-out we received very detailed instructions about the process. The house itself is located in a quiet neighbourhood, however not far away from the underground station Villejuif-Leo Lagrange, where a supermarket, a market and a few fast-food restaurants are located. At about 1 km distance there is a bigger shopping centre and a large hospital (that we fortunately didn't need to use). In the house there are two bedrooms, a living room that may be used as a bedroom as well, two bathrooms and a small but very well equipped kitchen. All rooms are neat and cosy. Behind the house there is a tranquil inner courtyard. The motorways leading towards the west and south of France (A6, A10) are easy to reach avoiding the awful parisian traffic jams.

Points négatifs : The house is somewhat small for a family of five like ours, but we knew this in advance. Same for the garage in front of the house, which was probably conceived for the legendary Peugeot 205, so we were able to park only the front side of our car and the driver had to get off through the rear doors, but we had been informed about this by the lessor. Parking in the street is free of charge at all times but it's practically impossible to find a free parking place.

Una casa singola con giardino alle porte di Parigi

Points positifs : Mi è piaciuto tantissimo il fatto che si tratta di una casa singola con giardino in zona tranquilla ma vicinissima (poco più di 5 minuti a piedi) alla stazione della metropolitana Leo Lagrange linea 7, 30 minuti e si è alla Ile della Cité.

Points négatifs : Il posto auto riservato è interno alla recinzione e sotto una tettoia. È molto stretto, attenzione se l'auto è più larga o alta della media, entrare o uscire senza toccare ai lati richiede impegno.
