A wonderful stay with a very kind and attentive host that made us feel truly welcome. 😊
Points positifs : Our stay was truly wonderful and we were very satisfied. The host was extremely kind, communicative, and accommodating. He dedicated a lot of time to us, shared many helpful tips and suggestions, and made sure we felt very welcome. For breakfast, he thoughtfully adapted to our wishes and tastes, which we greatly appreciated. We especially enjoyed the homemade jams, which were delicious. The whole experience felt very authentic and homely — we truly felt welcomed and at ease. We warmly recommend it. 😊
Points négatifs : As a small suggestion for improvement: there was a slight scent in the apartment, likely due to the age of the space rather than cleanliness. Since scent is the first sense people notice and strongly influences overall perception, addressing it could further enhance the guest experience. 😊

Paris in the snow
Points positifs : We particularly liked our host Cedric!He was very friendly and amenable. The apartment was in a fantastic area, with a real Cosmopolitan buzz. Our bed was super comfortable and the room very cosy. We would love to stay with Cédric again x

Warm family home, ideal stay for traveling couples.
Points positifs : Friendly and warm welcome, great place at an ideal location and a cute kitty that says hello every morning.
Points négatifs : It was very hot in Paris, air conditioning would’ve made our stay an 11/10!

Points positifs : First of all, the location is good.The train station is just a short walk away and supermarkets are close by.It was my first time in France and there was a lot to get used to, but my hosts were very warm and welcoming.The room was spacious, clean and very satisfying.

Points positifs : I stayed in Paris for four days at a lovely accommodation I found on Booking. My experience was very positive! The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Their exceptional service and openness truly enhanced my stay. They have a child and a cat, which added a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the place. The bathroom was conveniently located in the room, ensuring privacy and comfort. The location is excellent, with most of the main tourist attractions in zones 1-2 just a short distance away, typically no more than 40 minutes using public transport.
Points négatifs : There is general activity on the street in front of the window, making it difficult to sleep with the window open. If you keep it closed, everything is fine. Additionally, the bathroom does not have a window, so anyone who loves hot showers will need to keep the window open to let out the steam. Overall, everything is okay, and there are no major downsides.

Für uns war es dort perfekt! Jederzeit gerne wieder!
Points positifs : Für mich und meinen Sohn, 6 Jahre alt, war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Klein, gemütlich, sauber, bodenständig und gut gelegen. Das Frühstück kam jeden Tag frisch vom Bäcker. Dafür hat Cedric gesorgt. Sehr lecker! Cedric war allgemein sehr höflich und gastfreundlich. Von ihm haben wir viele gute Tipps abseits der Touismus Spots bekommen. Wenn wir nochmal nach Paris fahren, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.
Points négatifs : Das einzige was ich befremdlich fand war das stark gechlorte Wasser. Dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts.
