Grande chambre privée sur jardin arboré

Points positifs : Gilbert est une personne formidable. Il a attendu malgré mon arrivée tardive le premier soir. Disponible et sympathique. La chambre (et la salle de bain partagée) sont propres, rien à redire. La chambre donne sur un petit jardin privatif au calme. Le quartier est calme et très proche de l'hyper-centre. Totale autonomie et intimité malgré le fait que l'on soit chez l'habitant. Je recommande à 100% pour de courts séjours à Paris.

Incroyable logement !

Points positifs : J'ai très bien été accueilli, la possibilité de se détendre sur la terasse privative en plein Paris c'est un atout indégnable ! L'hôte à été très accueillant et réactif tout au long du séjour. Le logement est très bien situé. Je suis ravie de ce séjour passé chez Gilbert !

Points positifs : Gilbert est trés gentil. Il nous a beaucoup aidé concernant les itinénaires. L'appartement est propre, bien rangé, La chambre a une petite terrasse tres mignonne. L'appartement se situe tres proche de tout moyen de transport. Notre évaluation est 11/10 :) J'espère d'y retourner une fois

Points positifs : L'accueil, le confort, la beauté du lieu, la convivialite, la proximité de commerces, parc des buttes chaumont (50m) , du metro

Points positifs : Right in front a beautiful park with nice facilities around! The host was the most lovely and it really felt like being at home

Points positifs : I really loved the Parisian style of the room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also really liked the owner — he was very nice and tried to give us travel tips when we arrived. I wish we could have talked more, but unfortunately I don’t speak French and he doesn’t speak much English. The property is close to the bus and metro stations, which is a great advantage.

Points négatifs : What I didn’t like was that the bathroom is shared with the owner, and this wasn’t mentioned in the description. The photos also made it seem like the bathroom was private, inside the room - actually the shower have 2 doors, one to the room and one to the hallway. The toilette, as others mentioned, is separate. Both of them are shared with the owner. However, overall it was okay, as the owner respected our privacy.

Perfect stay in quiet gem in Paris

Points positifs : Nice, cozy, vibrant and very quiet. Gilbert is an exceptionally good owner. All that you need is there for you: kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom is very tidy (with bathrobes included), the bed is soooo comfortable, and the terrace is absolutely amazing! And Gilbert will also give you the best advices how to explore Pari ❤️ loved it and will be coming back

Points positifs : Great accommodation close to metro and perfect spot to explore Paris. Host is great and we hope we will come again soon.
