Un très agréable séjour !
Points positifs : Très bon accueil à la fois sympathique et professionnelle. L’appartement est idéalement situé près d’une bouche de métro avec tous les commerces Approximité. La décoration et l’ameublement sont très bien, très fonctionnel et très calme. Un appartement où il fait bon vivre.

Points positifs : Actually everything is perfect! I really loved the location, because if visiting Roland Garros facilities is your goal on your trip, then it’s only 20 minutes away by foot. Metro is less than a minute away I would say. Near the apartment you have a lot of really good places to eat/drink and also shops and pharmacies.

Points positifs : Super comfortable and perfectly equipped apartment in a quiet area of Paris, very close to the Roland Garros tennis courts (15 minutes on foot). Lots of restaurants and shops around, metro station right next door. Great place!

Bright, cozy, accesible, and the best couch ever.
Points positifs : The location is in a perfect hub near a metro, grocery store, pharmacy, and cafes. The windows and patio all face a small back garden, not streets. We met several tenants of the building and they were all very friendly. My partner is mad we couldn't take the couch home because it was so comfortable. It can be rearranged and sections moved to build it as you like. It also has perfectly good wifi throughout. Most of all the owners were AMAZING! They worked with meeting us in person, spoke English, and it gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing their office was about a block away. They even included a guide to the apartment in multiple languages. From working the TV to dealing with trash, it was a nice resource I wish more places offered.
Points négatifs : The cookware needs to be replaced. The stove is induction, which is common, but it requires specific pans. What's there is certainly functional, but we cooked daily and the old pans had poor surfaces which made everything stick. It meant we always had a lot of dish scrubbing to deal with. The rest of the kitchen is absolutely stocked with wonderful dishes and silverware, though many items are beginning to accumulate chips. I think a new set of pans and replacing of some wear and tear would make this immaculate. It's the only issue we really had, and it's because we cooked daily.

Nice stay overall, needs ventilators during very hot days
Points positifs : Overall nice large appartment, quite place with most of what you need. View facing a peaceful courtyard.
Points négatifs : The kitchen was not very clean with dirty kitchenware and microwave/ oven. Need to bring your bathroom / shower essentials yourself, as nothing is supplied.

Superbe appartement près du métro dans un bon quartier.
Points positifs : Удобное расположение рядом с метро, коммерцией. Очень просторная, современная двушка с отличным балконом в тихий двор. Есть все необходимое, даже капсулы для кофемашины) Удобная кровать и хороший душ. Emplacement idéal à proximité du métro et des commerces. Appartement deux pièces très spacieux et moderne avec un grand balcon donnant sur une cour calme. Il y a tout le nécessaire, même des capsules pour une machine à café. Lit confortable et bonne douche.
