Sympa mais la communication de l'agence mérite d'être améliorée
Points positifs : La literie était très correcte, l'emplacement est pratique. Le design est sympa. la réactivité de l'agence est agréable, même si la communication a été compliquée.
Points négatifs : Attention la consigne pour garder vos bagages est payante (5 euros/valise, 3 euros/sac). Le spam de sms, mails et whatsapp est considérable avant votre arrivée. On a demandé un mois en avance s'il était possible d'avoir des duvets simples pour les lits doubles, on nous a laissé entendre que c'était possible pour ne rien nous redire avant l'arrivée - aucun duvet simple n'était présent. (ils ne renvoient pas les effets oubliés sur place) L'odeur d'égoûts dans l'appartement. Le lave-vaisselle sale et mal odorant. Il manquait 4 oreillers pour les lits du salon que nous avons eu pour la 3e nuits Le papier WC n'est pas laissé en suffisance (4 rouleaux pour 15 pour une semaine)

Points positifs : Excellent location! In the heart of the city! Walking distance to Le Marais, the Louvre.. There were supermarkets, Brasseries and cafes! Metro station is around the corner! Comfortable beds!
Points négatifs : Problem with the central heating but the staff took care of the issue promptly!

Points positifs : The rooms were clean, there were supermarkets, restaurants, subways and even a laundry next to the apartment
Points négatifs : There were not enough tea mugs and no wine glasses in the apartment , No napkins and toilet paper were not enough for 11 people

Everything you need for a large group in Paris!
Points positifs : We chose this property for its location and its ability to host a large group - and it met those expectations perfectly. Each apartment had four bedrooms, with two to three beds in each, making it ideal for accommodating us. The return of the security deposit was also prompt, and the team kindly informed us of items left behind.
Points négatifs : At the very start of the booking process, our party faced the possibility of having to travel on a different weekend. While I fully appreciate that the listing clearly stated no cancellations, I had made my request less than 24 hours after booking and almost 9 months in advance. I had hoped for a little more flexibility in approach, but unfortunately the communication from Lisa felt abrupt, and I often found myself chasing for updates. For that reason, I would certainly advise future guests to be 100% committed before confirming their booking. Finally, a couple of small but practical points: both apartments only had one key each, which was challenging to coordinate across 20 people, and a few more glasses would have been really helpful.

Points positifs : We were with a group of 10 girls, and enjoyed the apartment a lot. The location is great and the apartment itself is spacious for this amount of people. Would really recommend!

Points positifs : Good location - conveniently close to the metro and a variety of restaurants Approximately a 20-minute walk to the Louvre The building also offers access to a public laundry service
Points négatifs : Overall clean, though there’s room for improvement in some areas The pillows in some of the rooms were quite firm and uncomfortable - felt almost like stones

Great spot for a large group with great location!
Points positifs : Great space and accomdatwd the 10 of us comfortably on a family trip. Entrance was secure and easy to manage. Nice welcome gift left for us (water, wine, biscuits, coffee pods) location was very handy to move around Paris, right beside the metro station. Great drinks and food spot right around the corner, Cafe Capitol with great staff. Staff for apartment extremely helpful and available through WhatsApp for any issues. Definitley would consider booking again for the large group it was great.
Points négatifs : Smell coming from bathroom was very strong. It would mellow out after numerous showers in the morning but would come back strong again. Location outside apartment was okay but the street over it was a bit grim, typical city street.

Perfect vacation
Points positifs : Apartment in the perfect location, in a very quiet street. We were 4 families, 9 persons, was more than enough space to accommodate all of us. Strongly recommend for big groups that want to stay together.
Points négatifs : You have to pay for early check-in, but that's the rules, no complaints.

Points négatifs : The apartment had no basic condiments - no salt, sugar etc. As well as cleaning supplies.
