Points positifs : Nous avons passé un séjour tout simplement exceptionnel dans ce logement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et bienveillance. Le propriétaire a fait preuve d’une disponibilité remarquable tout au long de notre séjour, toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions ou à nous aider si besoin, avec une grande gentillesse. L’appartement était impeccablement propre, très bien entretenu, et décoré avec goût. Il est idéalement situé, à deux pas des transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir Paris en toute facilité. Ce logement fait incontestablement partie des meilleures expériences que nous avons vécues à Paris. Le confort, la tranquillité et la qualité de l’accueil en font un lieu où l’on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Nous avons été conquis au point de vouloir relouer sans hésitation pour notre prochain passage dans la capitale.

Points positifs : We stayed in this apartment for two nights. Everything you need is in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Comfortable beds, everything is clean and the atmosphere is very good. Convenient location, near a shop, cafe, tram stop. I recommend!!!!!!

Exceptional stay!

Points positifs : Everything was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly equipped — even more charming than in the photos. The ceiling lighting in the living room and the unique view from the balcony were simply unforgettable. The location is peaceful and convenient, with easy access to the tram, metro, and shops. Franck was a truly kind and attentive host, always available and helpful. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and check-in/check-out were perfectly smooth. We truly fell in love with this place and would love to come back one day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

Points positifs : Nice & clean apartment in a good neighborhood. Tram in front of the apartment made it easy to travel everywhere. Supermarket next to the apartment. Franck waited for us on arrival, explained everything and gave some tips. Perfect place to stay for a Paris trip👍🏼

Points positifs : The photos don’t do justice to the apartment, we were expecting a smaller apartment to be honest. The apartment is located in a very good location, very accessible to public transport and there’s a market very near the property. The host was super helpful, he explained everything to us at the time of check-in and also gave us access to some of his food that he had at home.
