Très bel appartement, lumineux, et bien situé
Points positifs : très joli appartement, conforme aux descriptions - bien placé - Chambre très lumineuse avec 4 velux - Chambre très jolie et confortable, bien insonorisée et les rideaux sont efficaces (compte tenu du nombre de vélux) - Bon accueil avec bonbons et capsules de café.
Points négatifs : A améliorer: le matelas du canapé lit / des lampes de chevet pour lire le soir / Une planche à découper dans la cuisine

Points positifs : The instructions to the apartment were clear. It was in a great neigbourhood - quiet but everything needed in a walking distance.
Points négatifs : The beds were not made up for 3. Nor were the linen anywhere visible. We had to look them all over the place and improvise.

A magical snowy visit!!
Points positifs : I loved how spacious the apartment was. The windows in the bedroom were so nice when it snowed. The bathrooms were clean and handy having a separate toilet.
Points négatifs : Nothing comes to mind.

Points positifs : The property was spotless on arrival and very well presented. It truly matches the description in the listing. The location is exceptional right in the 3rd arrondissement with phenomenal shops, patisseries, butchers, and more just around the corner. It was perfect and very comfortable for our family, and overall it’s a place that’s absolutely worth staying in.
Points négatifs : When we arrived, we noticed a few small issues, but we contacted the agents and they responded immediately. Everything was addressed straight away, which made our stay even better. Their quick action truly made a positive difference.

Great stay, walkable to all the main sights. Lovely base for family of four.
Points positifs : Great location. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Lovely decor.
Points négatifs : Sofa bed not out ready for us when we arrived late in the evening. Lovely bathroom upstairs but not so great if you’re tall. Bit of a squash downstairs with table and sofa bed down.

Points positifs : Nice new spacious apartment with good taste and nice furniture. Highly recommended location.
Points négatifs : Very low ceilings and no doors anywhere. They should at least put a door in the bathroom as you can see inside from the entire room. Beware its on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Insgesamt toll mit einigen Einschränkungen
Points positifs : Die Lage ist perfekt, 4. Stock tatsächlich kein Problem, Check in problemlos, Küche gut zu benutzen. Insgesamt tatsächlich 2 Schlafsofas, wir haben oben geschlafen, da unten es kälter war.
Points négatifs : Es gibt keine Handtücher, nur Badetücher, was sehr störend ist, dass man sowohl Hände, Gesicht, als auch Haare und Intimbereich mit gleichen Tuch trocknen soll. Es gab keinen Küchentuch, sowie sehr wenige Papiertücher, nur Rest. Seife war nicht da, mussten überall suchen und Duschgel hab’s nur 2 kleine für 5 Tage für 4 Leute. Polstermöbel hat viele Flecken, was natürlich sehr störend ist. Deckel oben ist sehr klein, für große Leute würde ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Im Bad oben gibt es keine Tür. Es gibt auch keinen Kleiderschrank mit Bügeln. Nur Kommode Fenster oben nicht auszumachen, sodass man nur unter lüften kann, aber war in Ordnung

Points positifs : La posizione ottima, vicinissima al centro, in un quartiere tranquillo, sicuro e pieno di vita, Le Marais, ottimo per i giovani ma anche per le famiglie. A 10 minuti a piedi circa da Rue de Rivoli.
Points négatifs : Il bagno superiore senza la porta
