Chouette appart spacieux.

Points positifs : Les consignes reçues étaient très claires et nous avons très facilement trouvé le logement et pu y accéder. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et l'emplacement parfait pour nous. L'appartement est très bien mais je ne peux pas mettre 10 (exceptionnel) car même si très propre, les murs avec le temps mériteraient d'avoir un coup de peinture et on accède à la SDB par une des chambres ce qui peut être un inconvénient. Néanmoins, les photos de l'annonce reflète bien la réalité et nous n'avons donc pas eu de surprise. Je recommande ce logement

Points négatifs : The location is not ideal if you want to be near central Paris where all the attractions are. Check-in was a little tricky. No light in the hallway was not helpful. I didn't like the required 250 Euro deposit.

Points positifs : Perfekte Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, geräumig und gemütlich, gute Betten, schönes Bad, toller Föhn, sehr viel Stauraum, perfekte Betreuung und Erläuterungen zu den diversen Zugangscodes. Gastgeber war immer hilfreich. RER Anbindung, Parkplatz. Wenn man den Parkplatz ohne die Fernbedienung verlassen könnte, wäre es noch perfekter. Getrennte Toilette gut, wenn man zu mehreren unterwegs ist Absolute Empfehlung für Paris-Aufenthalt

Points négatifs : Toilette hat kein eigenes Waschbecken und keine Klopapierhalterung. Wasser lief in der Dusche schlecht ab, im Bad sollte es einen Mülleimer geben. Im direkten Umkreis kein Restaurant, sondern Imbisse. Die Kautionszahlung. Gebäude etwas hellhörig

Points positifs : Localização perfeita. Apartamento espaçoso para 4 pessoas. Ao lado de um supermercado, a dois minutos de uma estação. Atendimento rápido e em português, por whatsapp do proprietário.

It was a cozy and fun place to stay!

Points positifs : This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. It is quiet and homey. It is close to the train so you can get around paris easily and it has a kitchen in case you want to spend a night in. The area seems very safe and the neighbors i ran into were all very kind and helpful. There is even off street parking if you have a car.

Points négatifs : It is a bit out of the way so don’t expect to be in the center of the city. You may have to drive or take the train(but trains are easier than finding parking). There are three different codes for the different doors, and you need the key fob to get the car in and out of parkin, so when checking out you have to run back inside to drop the key off. They send you a youtube tutorial video on the day of check-in but i did have to rewatch it a couple times
